DAI looks fuckin' great on max settings on PC, it still looks good on consoles, but there's definitely a noticeable difference. I also forgot how badass the combat looked in it.

This was posted on twitter by the DA Executive Producer. Chances are it's to do with a new DA, here's hoping for an E3 announcement.

I doubt it's a new game. Dragon Age came out what? A year ago? I say DLC Nah it's not DLC since from what I've heard Trespasser leads right into DA4, as well as the fact that the GOTY version says it has all DLC. Might be a spin off title? Also keep in mind DA2 came out just over a year after DAO, so announcing a new game a year and a half after their previous one wouldn't be that weird.

So, out of curiosity, does anyone remember their choices? I'd kinda like to talk about them. So, here's mine for Origins and Awakening: 1. Human Noble Origin (Best Origin). 2. In Redcliffe, I managed to save Connor and Isolde (Even though she's an Orlesian harpy who needs to be doused in holy water). 3. Spared the Mages at the Tower (Hence how I was able to save Connor). 4. Got Zathrian (Elf Mage dude) to end the curse on the werewolves, and got the Dalish as an army. 5. In Orzammar I supported Behlen all the way. He's a prick, but he's the only one who can save the dwarves. 6. Killed Branka, destroyed the Anvil of the Void. The golem making process is just sick. 7. ALSO, got the Legion of the Dead to come to the surface with me, so their troops fought with the Dwarves in the final battle. 8. Had Wynne and Leliana break me out. Pro-tip, don't do that, take Zevran and Sten. Or Zevran and Oghren. Their dialogue is hilarious. 9. At the Landsmeet, I convinced Alistair to marry Anora AND spared Loghain. You need like a maxed persuade skill and to do some specific stuff beforehand to make all that possible. Alistair still hated me though 10. Made the Ultimate Sacrifice. Didn't trust Morrigan. She's all kinds of shady. (Though, I'll admit, once I realized there was a ton of post-campaign DLC, about that old god baby, I changed that shit right away. Yeah yeah, I'm a scrub, I get it). Now for Awakening: 1. Let Amaranthine burn. Zero fucks given. I also completely upgraded the Keep beforehand, making this decision extra scummy. I sat back in my cushy fort after burning the city to the ground and just let the Darkspawn come to me. 2. Spared the Architect, but I wish I'd killed him now. He's... freaky. And I really don't trust him. ALSO ALSO, curious to see how many people here recruited Sten and/or Zevran.

Dwarf commoner (best origin) Let the bitch mother sacrifice herself. why not spared the mages Zathrian lifted the curse Behlen all the way. He is dwarf commoner's brother in law, so not much choice there. hes way better anyway Killed Branka and destroyed the anvil. Sry Oghren I don't even remember encountering legion of the dead Break you out of what? I don't rememberany break out, but I probably picked or would pick Zevran and Oghren I killed Loghain myself and made Allistar and Anora marry. At first I let allistar kill Loghain, but reloaded like a bitch Banged Morrigan and gave her a baby. So much better than dying
Let the city burn, with fully upgraded keep too, then spared the architect
Yee, recruited everyone beside Loghain and the Dlc Golem. Also the elf mage you meet in Awakening. I didn't realise she was a companion so I killed her.

The Legion of the Dead are those dwarven badasses you meet as soon as you reach the Dead Trenches, where the bridge is filled with Darkspawn. They're an elite unit of the Dwarven Army that consider themselves already dead, so they don't hold back when they fight. One of my favorite groups of the Dragon Age series. You can get them to fight with you if you have a high enough persuade skill after crowning someone king. Their leader is right outside the Assembly.
Also, I was curious to see if anyone else got captured. When you go to break Anora out of the Arl's estate, do you remember that huge ass fight right after freeing her? With the 10 soldiers and the boss? If you lose there, then you (And Alistair, if he's with you) get captured and taken to the dungeons in the fort, which leads to a whole new sequence where you have to break out yourself or wait for companions to come get you, and they can either fight their way in (Not fun) or bluff the guards (Fucking hilarious). If you don't die in that fight then it just never happens and you waltz on out.

Recently just completed (finally) a full playthrough of the trilogy... so I guess I'll drop my choices, cus why not? Dragon Age: Origins -Had a Female Warden who was pretty much a renegade bitch. Human Noble origin -Recruited all companions, except for Shale. I didn't know Shale existed when I played, so I never picked it up. I had all the DLC, but still.. -Romanced Leliana -Zevran eventually betrayed me and I killed him -Killed Wynne at the Circle Tower, so I guess I sided with the Templars? -Alistair became King, but did not marry Loghain's kid. -I wanted to keep Loghain with me at first, but it was made clear that Alistair would leave the party, so I let Alistair kill Loghain. -And since Alistair was the only choice to bang Morrigan for the god baby, Alistair smashed and then Morrigan left lol. -So the Female Warden lived, mah boi Alistair is King, and that's that.
Great game. Best of the trilogy.
Dragon Age 2 Made a custom Hawke, cus why not? I think he looks better than Default Hawke, imo. He was a Rogue, so Carver died instead of Bethany. As for the companions' fate by the end of the game: -I romanced Isabela, cus that sweet ass was hard to resist. Plus, I didn't really care about anyone else except for Varric and Bethany. -Ended up having a friendship with Varric. Yeee boi -I brought Bethany to the Deep Roads and she ended up dying. And the death scene is garbage. As is most of the family death scenes lol, the death of Hawke's Mom was pretty shit as well. So, basically, Hawke lost his entire family. -I killed the shitbird Fenris at the end of the game. Fuck him. -Kept Anders alive, because I didn't like my only mage left (Merill) but I didn't like the dickhead Anders either, but whatever. I kinda regret keeping him alive, but oh well. He didn't show up in Inquistion so whatever -Sided with the mages by the end, and what the fuck even happened? He turned into some random fucking monster? Whatever. [only Fenris didn't approve of my choice so he died fighting against me.] Oh, and I was Sarcastic Hawke -- the best possible Hawke Dragon Age 2 was pretty weak, and I probably won't play it again. The game looks worse than Origins, which is weird. Alistair showed up for like 2 minutes, as the King. I heard he has the same amount of screentime when he's still a Grey Warden. Meh. Dragon Age: Inquisition Ohhh boy... this game was an absolute pain to playthrough, but that doesn't mean the game was bad. It's definitely better than DA2, but it's not better than Origins. The first half of the game is really good, except the main character, the Inquisitor is definitely the worst playable character in any Bioware Game. He is so fucking bland. They should've just had Hawke return, since Cassandra wanted him as the Inquisitor anyways. Hawke's presence in this game is cool, but it's also really fucking annoying. Anyways... choices... -Romanced Cassandra -Every companion recruited except for Cole. When I did my first playthrough [that I never finished because my PS4 fucked my saves -- about 45 hours played... so I moved to playing it on PC] I never liked Cole, so I didn't bother recruiting him this time. -Was definitely not friends with Solas, I ended up punching Solas in the face in the game. -Iron Bull betrayed me in the Trespasser DLC -- So he's dead as fuck The third act of this game was a bit of a mess, Morrigan felt like a different character... and Alistair did nothing except have like 2 lines in the Mage mission. Which only happens if you side with the Mages, if I sided with the Templars, I may never have seen him. Lame. And Hawke shows up for like 2 missions, then fucks off for the rest of the game. Hawke literally says in the fade, 'Corpypheus is mine', why couldn't Bioware just have him/her be in the fuckin' final mission where you kill Corypheus? Makes no sense. Whatever. Corpyheus was also a shit villain. Solas is a cunt, but at least he'll be an interesting villain in Dragon Age 4.
