Man. FUCK CHUCK. Chuck is such an AWFUL brother. "Hey Chuck, Jimmy's doing well, he got a job at a law firm, and he's doing just fantastic." "FUCK that ruined my day. Now I can't even practice piano like a dumbass who's caught inside all day because I'm allergic to electricity." Fuck you, be happy for your brother. He's trying. Not everybody's road has to be as hard as yours, dipshit. It's pretty upsetting stuff. A lot of the times when I'm watching BCS I completely forget who Jimmy McGill wound up becoming. We see flashes of Saul in BCS, but for the most part he's a completely different person. Just knowing that he has his shithead brother to thank for a lot of what becomes of him and thinking about the inevitable falling out he's going to have with "legit" law and Kim... it's kinda brutal.

If you think about it, Chuck really is the villain of Breaking Bad. He supplied Saul Goodman to the world, by being the world's worst brother. This enabled Jesse and Walt to make the baby blue, which lead to the deaths of FUCKING EVERYBODY. Walt might have died with his son's love, had Jimmy not become Saul. And yeah, that contrast from Jimmy to Saul is what makes Jimmy legitimately my favorite character in the Breaking Bad franchise. He's such an amazing character. Better than Jesse by a mile.

That job that Nacho wanted Mike to do was Gus, I'm guessing.

So did anyone else see the most recent Episode, or is it just me? I thought it was decent. A good Mike episode, with some more hints about his past.
Also, was that Bobby from Supernatural selling him guns? I could have sworn...

I just watched it today. I'm a little late. Still hate Chuck. Still think he's an awful brother. But altogether, this last episode was uneventful. It was just establishing things we knew were gonna happen. Jimmy's gonna lose his job at Davis and Main, he's gonna lose Kim, and probably fuck her life over, and he's also obviously not gonna reconnect with Chuck. Nothing new was learned or seen in this episode really. I liked Mike's plan, but there was little tension to it. It didn't really matter. I guess Nacho kinda sorta trusts Mike now, but honestly, I don't give a rat's ass about Nacho. He's boring, and poorly executed so far. This episode didn't keep me very interested.

I find myself mostly looking forward to Mike's scenes. I have a lot more interest in his world than Jimmy's. Jimmy as a character is as strong as he's ever been, but his supporting players are so dry and lifeless.
In general, Better Call Saul is good TV. A lot better than 80% of stuff on non-premium channels. Separated from Breaking Bad and it can absolutely stand on its own. Problem is, it's pretty difficult not to compare the two at all.

Season 3 of BCS is confirmed by AMC! Didn't think it was gonna end, but yeah. Just thought I'd share this news.

Man, they really want you to like Chuck. They're having him pull Kim out of probation, tell stories of how much he loves Jimmy, the works.
Too little too late, guys.

"I can't believe my own brother would stab me in the back!" -Chuck
Are you fucking kidding me, Chuck? What the hell did you do in season 1?

Incredible finale. Seriously, that episode was as good as some of Breaking Bad's best episodes.

Oh shit, the finale is airing right now. I'll watch it tomorrow. Just watched the penultimate episode a few hours ago. Chuck might die. Or Jimmy might accidentally turn himself in, by running in there. I wonder if Chuck's dead. He took a pretty hard fall. I guess it'd be sad. Looking forward to this finale.

Man, Chuck is a Grade A, genuine, certified, tested and confirmed, uber-cunt. Saw it coming, but goddamn, he's a prick. He's doing the same shit as Jimmy. Hypocrite.

Oh my god fuck Chuck.
Also am I the only one thinking Tuco's Uncle will get shot by Mike and instead of dying he'll end up like how he was on Breaking Bad? (wheelchair, that annoying bell, etc).
