I love Kiss the Sky most, by a wide margin. I'm still in love with the rest of the intros, but Episode 2's just manages to shine brighter than all the rest.
Second place would be Episode 1's. "Busy Earnin'" should practically be the theme song for the entire franchise, it fits so well.
Finally, Episodes 3 and 4 are tied for last. Still totally awesome though.

Episode 2 definitely has the most impactful intro, but Episode 4 isn't far behind. After that, I'd say Busy Earnin', then Episode 3.

Kiss the Sky before Atlas Mugged is my runaway favorite. The sequence with the song is what perfection looks like, but more than that.... that's the moment I knew I loved the game. I really enjoyed Zer0 Sum, but it's hard to get completely sucked in by something after just experiencing it for 2+ hours. That intro put any little hesitations I had to bed.
Slight nod to To The Top in Escape Plan Bravo over Zer0 Sum. Replay value off the charts. Must have watched it fifty times on YouTube. Still gives me chills.
Busy Earnin' before Zer0 Sum. That's when I thought "hey, I could get into this."
Pieces of the People We Love before Catch a Ride. Fun ass intro and a song that's gotten a ton of play from me.
Finally... Retrograde before The Vault of the Traveler. Maybe it needs time to sink in. Maybe I need to watch it a few times. Maybe I just don't like the song that much. Eh, too early to tell. For now, it's the only one of the four that isn't neck-in-neck.

If we're talking about the actual songs here's my ranking:
1. To the Top
2. Retrograde
3. Busy Earnin'
4. Pieces of the People We Love
5. Kiss the Sky
But intro wise here's my list:
5. Catch a Ride: Just felt like a funny travel montage to me, nothing special.
4. Atlas Mugged: Was really interesting to see an interactive intro, plus all the stuff flying in around in slow motion was fun to watch.
3. Zer0 Sum: Really got me into the feel of this series, kinda like Telltale went "Hey Player, this is what our game's gonna be like. Have fun"
2. Escape Plan Bravo: Most hilarious one IMO. That death stare Fiona gives Rhys cracks me up every single time I watch it, the whole thing is great.
1. Vault of the Traveler: I love this one just because of teh giant mood whiplash it brings. While every other intro has been epic or hilarious, this one is REALLY down to earth. Just watching Rhys and Fiona somberly sitting in their escape pods as all hell is breaking loose around them really drives the point home that shit's gonna go down in this episode.
