I'm revan? I didn't see that coming at all, holy fuck. Can't believe Bastila and council managed to hide it from me al this time. Fuck council on Dantooine anyway, not gonna cry after their deaths. That plot twist just made me forgive how shitty Manaan was.

Yeah, if you poison the planet, your fucked left right and center. The way to not poison the water is fairly complicated, but its the only way. I actually liked Maanan believe it or not, I mean I know Rock hates those aliens, but I love the design and language a lot. Though I do hate how long it takes for you to walk in an underwater suit, that is annoying. Thank god parts like that are so much shorter, and you move so much faster in KOTOR 2. I hate pretty much everything about that goddamn planet, from the brick stupid natives who think the bloodthirsty Sith give a flying fuck about their neutrality to the slow as hell underwater sections and the moronic judges who take any chance they get to side against the player and screw them over. The only thing that planet deserves more than the poison is a fucking nuke. I really hate that planet. But the language and character design was neat wasn't it? At least???

The good kind of twist, blew my mind as a child, and looking back, it is well telegraphed in ways that only make sense on return playthroughs, much like Bioshock.

The language is annoying and grating because you have to listen to the same looped crap for the few hours you spend there, which is admittedly true for all of the species that don't speak Basic, but the Selkath language just feels even more annoying than all the others. As for the Selkath design... they're fish.

If it makes you feel any better, by the time of the Rebel Alliance, Kolto is long gone, and the planet is poor as shit!

A few centuries after KOTOR they fuck it all up for themselves with the Kolto production and devolve into barbaric warring tribes that kill each other while the rest of the galaxy forgets their stupidity and replaces Kolto with the extremely superior Bacta.

Yep, and nobody remembers nor cars about the Selkath ever again, though I do remember them being in Star Wars Empire at War, though I also remember being able to slaughter them by the dozens.

I loved Korriban. I just said fuck it and killed everyone that opposed me. I'm Dark motherfucking Revan after all. Killed both the sith academy master and his apprentice, their surprise was great.
now I'm on the last planet, but I had to go without finishing some side quests. Fucking Manaan and their banning.
