Finished Claire's campaign, starting Leon's now. From what I've played though I wish it was a bit more different than what it is, still cool though.

Yeah I did, I just mean stuff Claire did is undone for Leon, so it just kinda feels like a remixed version of the same stuff rather than a continuation.

KH Recoded was the most bullshit I have seen in this series so far. Three hours of nonsense and maybe only the epilogue was actually relevant to the overall story.
Watched cutscenes of DDD after I got discouraged from Recoded. Didn't have enough time anyways for KH3. That just made things worse as they added time travel out of nowhere and the story just become convoluted. 0.2 was a neat little 3 hour playthrough, though. It's nice seeing a KH game run on the new engine. Didn't really bother with Back Cover seeing as it's just an hour.
Picking up KH3 at a prerelease tonight. Really excited.

I've been using the original games OST on my 2nd run of RE2 and holy shit it's so much better. Try walking through the worlds darkest creakiest corridor with barely any ammo and low health with this shit playing and not be on edge the entire time.
Usually it's just totally silent.

Dude the original OST is SO GOOD. The save room theme in particular is one of my favorites:

Yeah, I switched to the original OST for my Claire playthrough. It's a lot better. The remake's OST isn't very memorable.

Still haven't played it but I'd like to say that I love the fact that Capcom went all out to do a true remake of one of their classics. Not just a remaster but a remake. Wow. It's been received pretty well from what I've seen so hopefully this opens the door for other old games to be rebuilt for the modern day in a similar vein.

Capcom did mention they'd remake RE3 if the fans demanded it Considering RE2 was a success, I'm pretty sure we'll get a new version of RE3 in one form or the other, and honest to god I can't fucking wait. RE2 remake met most of my expectations (which were pretty high by the way), so unless they really fuck this up (like, Resident Evil 6 level of fuck up), they have my support.

I'm happy Capcom did something right for once.
