This may be short-lived. Her mainstream-ness is killing her for me. #hip$termi$ter

Has anyone here watched Halt and Catch Fire? That was an awesome show.
But, it also kind of is what convinced me that amc's second set of new shows is the same as the first.
There's The Walking Dead, Breaking Bad, Mad Men, and Hell on Wheels.
Now, there's Fear the Walking Dead(Basically The Walking Dead: L.A.), Better Call Saul(prequel to Breaking Bad made by the same people), Halt and Catch Fire(Character Drama about a specific business around the time of it's peak(if you didn't know, in Mad Men, that's Advertising in the 50's and 60's, and in Halt and Catch Fire, it's computers in the 80's), and Turn(American period drama that has more to do with the character's individual stories than with the event it's centered around(In Hell on Wheels, that's the building of the Transcontinental Railroad, and in Turn, it's the American Revolution... problem with Turn is that it's boring as shit).
Also, I assume this will continue to be the case. Because of the 3 new shows they've got, 2 are actually mini-series', and I'm guessing that Into the Badlands will go the way of Low Winter Sun.... No reason, I just have a feeling about it.

Probably borderline sacrilegious to say, but I think I might be looking forward to Silicon Valley being back even more than GoT.

Good God, I forgot that Under the Dome was still a shame. What happened to it being a mini-series?
I mean, that is legitimately one of the worst shows on TV, and probably the worst adaptation of a book in film/TV EVER.
The only thing that saves it from being the worst, is that at least it's entertaining. I mean, it's almost hilarious in how fucking ridiculous and awful it is. "The Dome's magnetic! Oh, no wait, nevermind. And hey! That house it destroyed just randomly reappeared two episodes later! Oh no, acid rain! Oh, nevermind. We saved the town with windmills. That we built in a day. Oh no, the dome is spinning! It's bringing cold air down from the top! Everything is freezing!"(Seriously, that episode with the dome spinning was the stupidest fucking thing).
Turn has got to be just the worst, because not only does it rival UtD in it's absolute stupidity, it's also dull. I'd rather watch paint dry, and I mean that as no exaggeration, because at least my expectations weren't crushed when I go to watch the paint. I heard about Turn, and thought it would be good. ._.

"the magnets are affecting the butterflies" Yes. Because that's how it works. Its also odd that there are no reruns at all. The only way to watch is if you've got amazon prime or buy the DVD.

Oh jeez, I forgot about the butterflies. It's such a shame, since the book was good, and would have made a good movie. It also could have made a good mini-series.

I just realized that I wrote, "Good God, I forgot that Under the Dome was still a shame."
I meant, a thing, not shame. Although, it is a shame that it's so bad and it could have been good.
