Wait, how the fuck is the Knave of Hearts doing with a mirror? I READ ALICE IN WONDERLAND! The mirror stuff is all in Through the Looking Glass, but the Knave of Hearts is with the Queen of Hearts, who is only in Alice's Adventure in Wonderland. The Queen of Hearts is NOT the Red Queen, a common mistake. So what the fuck? According to the comic, The Knave of Hearts is a husband of Abigail; both of them are Crooked Man's associates, but they didn't appear in the storyline that adapts game events, so I guess something will happen. Right now the flashback storyline ends with CM capturing Greenleaf and the entire mob making a plan to go for Donkey That Shits Gold (the one that belonged to Faith's father). CM intends on building his criminal empire with the golden shit. Wait, so the defender of the Queen of Hearts is married to Abigail Williams from the Crucible? Are you serious? Also wasn't the whole donkey line an Elvish line that had nothing to do with Faith at all? It was just some other story? I have a hard time believe you, this is really driving the entire game into the ground. It doesn't even sound like TWAU anymore.

Because, to be honest, I think the writers got lost in what they wanted to do. The mob travels through time to 'Allelairauh' (or whatever it was called) universe to get the donkey and Greenleaf. You must answer the ancient TPAU question: does the crooked man have a crooked asshole? The only time he's shown from behind his ass is covered in shadows, so it's impossible to tell.

So in other words, the writers pretty much went, "Oh fuck it! I'm bored!" And then just started writing most insane shit then some fanfics? Jesus!

Alright, I'll try to tell everything that's important (huh)...:
1) Bigby gets information about Lucky Pawn from Beauty, Beast is - just like in the game - an asshole pretty much the whole time; 2) Beast is not involved in any way with Crooked Man, he's not delivering the packages. Why? See p. 4; 3) The choice whether to go to Lucky Pawn or Cut Above is not present, Bigby immediately goes to Lucky Pawn. Why? See p. 4; 4) The Cut Above subplot - along with Johann The Butcher - is cut from the game and parts of that story were given to Lucky Pawn; 5) In the pawn shop, Toad and Jack are not present. Bigby stumbles upon Woody and Jersey; 6) Jersey tells Woody that he doesn't know anything about the axe; Bigby tells Woody to get lost, but Woody stays in the shop. That's important, because... 7) When Jersey tells Bigby that he doesn't know anything about Crooked Man (mind you, he does that way more polite than in the game), Bigby does not wait for him to finish and attacks him without reason, smashing his head into the display. Woody doesn't react; 8) Bigby is scared to see Jersey's unglamoured form, but nonetheless tells Woody not to do anything. Woody goes to the back of the shop and brushes Bigby off. 9) Bigby can't fight and gets his ass totally kicked by Jersey, who proceeds to strangle Bigby; Bigby is saved by Woody who hits Jersey with an axe; 10) Bigby and Woody go to the back of the shop and discover the illegal glamour facility (the one which in the game was located in the butcher shop); 11) Bigby tears off one of Jersey's horns but only to force an information out of him after he's down' 12) Bigby and Woody don't have a bro moment. Bigby begins talking about what Woody did for him in the shop, but Woody brushes him off by saying 'It's Fabletown'. 13) Bigby wants to question Bluebeard about burning Crane's apartment, but Snow says that it's a 'dead end' and that's that. No questions asked. 14) Bigby sends Toad away to the Farm; 15) Crooked Man tells Bigby right off the bat that Georgie's the killer. The scene is slightly different than in the game - Bigby is allowed to arrest Georgie, but the deal fells through when Bigby states that Georgie will be thrown down the Witching Well. CM then summons Bloody Mary and outright orders her to kill Bigby; 16) the rest of the scene is pretty much the same as in the game (save for Bigby killing Jersey) with the first major connection between flashbacks and present storyline - as they escape, CM pushes a small piece of glass into Mary's chest. She asks him what was that, and he says that this piece is important and, now that it's with Mary, their deal cannot be broken. The meaning of this is yet to be explained; 17) there's no Manhattan car chase scene - after going through the portal, Bigby doesn't appear on the street - he's immediately teleported to Pudding'n'Pie;
FLASHBACKS: 1) CM turns out to have medical background. After finding Mary he nurses her to health (after she stuck the pieces of her shattered baby into her body) by taking those pieces out. He introduces her back to The Man in The Mirror (who is The Knave of Hearts) - he managed to save his life, albeit The Knave is penisless now; 2) CM need money to run his criminal empire in the new world, so he needs The Donkey That Shits Gold. To open the portal to that universe, he needs Mary's baby (repaired) and a heart full of anger and hunger, thus... 3) CM orders Dee to seduce Gren's mother into having sex with him. It doesn't happen, she turns into her monster form, but the twin kill her and tear her heart out; 4) The mob goes to another universe and captures The White Doe, who turns out to be Greenleaf. She says that, now that they captured her, she's at their orders.
That's it for now, folks.
EDIT: Woody implies that it was Toad who stole his axe and pawned it.

Yep, and Belle... well, she doesn't look like Elizabeth from Bioshock anymore. Thing is, I can't even think of a comparison, she looks like nothing. Man the differences in artists is night and day.

Because Vertigo thought that they could get more money by fucking over the game. They may as well have said, "We got to have, MONEY!!!"

As someone that isn't reading this and doesn't have any plan of doing so, I LOVE what they're doing with Mary's character. K-I-N-K-Y.
