I'm shocked I didn't make this thread sooner! As the title states, feel free to talk about your favorite parts about the Sonic series and its characters. Over Sonic's 20+ years of action, the games have had several interesting VAs for characters. Here are a few examples:

Roger Craig Smith (Current) Also Voiced Ezio in Assassins Creed, Chris Redfield in Resident Evil 5 and 6, Thomas in Regular Show, and Seigfried in SoulCalibur
Voices of Tails:
Amy Palant (2005-2010) Also voiced Shaymin in Pokemon Movie 11
Kate Higgins (2010-2013) Also voiced Sakura in Naruto, and Toph in Avatar
Colleen Villard (Present) Does additional voices in South Park
Voices of Knuckles:
Dan Green (2005-2010) Also Voiced Yugioh, Professor Birch and Mewtwo in Pokemon, and Raphael in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2011 movie "Turtles Forever"
Travis Willingham (Present) Also Voiced Paul DeMarco in Halo 4, and Cell in Dragon Ball Z
TELLTALE VOICE ACTORS!

All I really like about Sonic are some of the old games and then the chao thing in Sonic Adventure 2. There is so much depth to that shit. Holy hell it was fun to manipulate my chaos into gods.

I played Sonic and the Secret Rings, and Sonic and the Black Knight, as well as some DS or gameboy game that had this robot thing(Emrel?) that I really liked, and a DS game that I have since lost, but liked, and was supposed to have a sequel but didn't?
I looked it up, the games I'm talking about are, in turn, Sonic Battle and Sonic Chronicles: The Dark Brotherhood.

I've played: - Sonic the Hedgehog(I can't even get past the second zone. The one with the lava. I think it's called Marble Zone?)
- Sonic 2(Reached the final boss without cheats multiple times, but haven't beaten it)
- Sonic 3
- Sonic & Knuckles
- Sonic and the Secret Rings(Reached the final boss(I think), haven't beaten it)
- Sonic Adventure 2: Battle(Beaten the game multiple times over, and the memory card that came with the used Gamecube I bought had a save file that had unlocked 3D Green Hill Zone remake, so that was fun to play in. Unfortunately, that memory card ended up dying of natural causes)
- Shadow the Hedgehog(Beaten the game multiple times, not as bad as most people say it is imo)
- Sonic Rush
- Sonic Generations(I know it's just a nostalgia cash-in, but IDGAF because I love it)
- Sonic 4 Episode 1 and 2
- Sonic Colours(Both versions)
- Sonic CD
And I think that's it. I also have Sonic Adventure DX on Steam, but I haven't gotten around to playing it yet.

Fun Fact, Sonic Chronicles was made by BioWare, and was the game that got me into choice driven games in the first place.

I agree completely with what you said about Shadow the Hedgehog and Sonic Generations, and you should definatly play SA DX, it's pretty great (other than Big's fishing levels) I've played near enough all of them that I know about, so instead I'll list the ones I haven't played. Sonic Jam Sonic R Sonic Colours (I played the co op for like 10 minutes, but I don't think that counts)

Games I played:
Sonic 1 Sonic 2 Sonic 3 and Knuckles Sonic 4 Episode 1 Sonic Adventure 1 and 2 (On the original Dreamcast) Sonic Heroes Sonic Rush Sonic '06 (Not as bad as everyone says it is) Sonic and the Secret Rings Sonic and the Black Knight Sonic Unleashed (The fact that you had to constantly replay levels to find sun and moon stones to advance in levels ruined it for me) Sonic Chronicles: The Dark Brotherhood Sonic Colors Sonic Generations Sonic Advance 3 Sonic Battle Sonic Shuffle Sonic CD Knuckle's Chaotic Shadow the Hedgehog Sonic Lost World
Top 5:
1. Sonic Heroes 2. Sonic Chronicles: The Dark Brotherhood 3. Sonic Generations 4. Sonic 2 5. Sonic and the Black Knight

Because I heard it's kinda sorta really bad, like, almost 06 level bad, which I really can't comprehend.

It wasn't bad, it's just that everyone's hating on the fact that it's technically not a Sonic game, since it's a slow puzzle based platformer (imagine a Lego game).

Umm... that doesn't seem to be the case of the hate, it seems to be very, very, very buggy, like as I said, almost 06 level's of buggy, or something like that, and someone also pointed out how Lost World was this generations Shadow, and we all know what came after Shadow, and this might be this generations version of that game.
