The conversation with Nick went by pretty quick but she definitely displayed concern when asking what happened to him. With Rebecca, it depended on the options you picked. For the most part, I would describe Clem's tone there as being terse and maybe a bit irritated, which does make sense as an emotional reaction to someone picking on you.
I would suggest playing through the episode again or watching a Let's Play of it. I remember when I did my second playthrough of the episode, some of the dialogue that I thought was a little flat actually sounded perfectly fine the second time around.

I did do a second playthrough, and I watched a couple of LP's.

Anyways, the one Nick line sounded a LITTLE not-flat, but really, it was still pretty flat. And anger/irritation, doesn't really count in this new Clem's favor. Because I'd rather play anyone than this bitter, but otherwise emotionless person.

Hm. Well, I guess it's just a matter of opinion then. I thought Clem's interactions with most of the other characters were fine, it was just her reactions to objects in the environment and random bits of monologue to herself that I thought were a bit weak.
And the thing about being brisk and irritated at Rebecca, I mean would you have reacted any differently to her?

I agree, I thought it was flat, but it really isn't.

I didn't even think about the VA being flat or not while I was playing and noticed nothing wrong with it.
So thus, for me: there's nothing wrong with it.

Not even Dome would call it superb, I don't think. It could be done better by hundreds of people. And before you ask, Clem would've been better if she'd emoted as Lee did. Or as Doug did. Or Lilly. Or Kenny. Or anyone but Duck and Mark. Maybe she should've started off normal, and over time, she transforms into this monotone. At least that way it's fucking relatable.
