I was told today that there's just not enough work to go around for me to continue with my current schedule. I got my hours axed in half from 9-3 to 12-3. It isn't a big change since I've basically been going in at those hours on-and-off for the past month, but regardless it's a warning signal. I've gotta start looking for a new job. I have no fucking clue what I want to do with my life and I don't have a degree that's focused on anything in particular and I don't really have any skills that can get me much more than a basic office job... even though I've now got two full years of work experience under my belt.
Either have a plan in school, know your passion or don't grow up, guys. Shit is the worst.

I have an interest in working as an animator (for disney movies or vidja games, wutevar) in the future, or a supporting writer in stories for games.

All I know about my future is that I want to spend as little time as humanly possible working. Being a part of the machine. That seems disgusting and scary to me.

I'm still thinking about being teacher. It might be hard, taking up most of my spare time marking and planning out lessons, but when you think about it, I could make a difference to a group of kids lives. I could help them get good grades and good grades carries over to what happens later in life. All I need is for them to work with me and not against, and try hard, the way I'm trying hard right now.
Tbh, though, I'm not sure if me being a teacher would work out. It isn't exactly my dream, for a long time, I wanted to be an author, but I lack the motivation and ideas for proper stories, the only thing I'm strong at is fan fics. I only consider my writing to be average. Maybe good. I don't know. Wouldn't say it's my talent.
The reason I don't see myself succeeding as a teacher is because of the way I am now. I lack confidence. How am I supposed to lecture a class everyday for 5 hours give or take. I could probably do the marking and lesson planning easily, though. Treat it like a story. That was cheesey. Maybe I'll just become a moderate and Mark exam papers. Or better yet, become a supply teacher. Then again when I'll be working is flexible.
Wow. I have no idea what I'm gonna do with my life.

At first I wanted to be a teacher like TKA. Now, since a few years, I decided to go into game developing. Specifically, into game programming or writing (I'm not really a good writer, so I guess beign a programmer is more possible). I've been learning by myself all kind of stuff about programming and been making games and modding since I was 9 or 10 (I started making games with RPG maker and modding RE4). I just love it. I'd have to move into the USA though. There are no opportunities for game developing in South America. TKA, all I can say is that I'm pretty sure you'll have more confidence in yourself, you won't be like you're now forever, I guess

Know how I talked about wanting to work at a coffee shop earlier? Fuck the coffee shop. It'd just be boring manual labour that doesn't particularly interest me and I don't know why I picked it.
What I want to do is become an astrophysicist (space scientist in other words). Space is just super interesting. I was thinking about being an astronaut, but that'd mean spending a lot of time away from home, and I'm really into the science behind everything as well as how pretty it looks.
Also when I graduate I want to move to Germany. Mainly for DLR, the space centre thing. Also because Germans are forced to learn English in school so I could communicate a bit before becoming fluent in German. And also because Ireland is honestly pretty shitty tbh.

Things are coming along nicely, then?

Still thinking about the army. I have been as well. Not for long term, but just enough so I won't need to pay for college.

I definitely want to either be a novelist, or lead creator for a series of some sort.
Given that I have a definite idea.
