I say we declare the next two weeks princess weeks. Everyone has to put their avatar as their favorite princess from a work of fiction. Here I'll post mine up right now. Expect a name change too to accommodate it. YES. Sure why not? I second this notion!

Oh I might as well mention this, but as you probably know, Beauty and the Beast is my favorite Disney movie, and I also feel it has the best soundtrack of any Disney movie, and I LOVE the Frozen soundtrack, I feel Circle of Life is one of the greatest openers to any movie, and I feel the soundtrack to Hunchback of Notre Dame was incredibly fitting, but I feel this one has just the perfect soundtrack, it fits with the scenes, the background music is flawless, and all the songs themselves are great, now trivia, do you know who made this soundtrack? It was two people, Alan Menken and Howard Ashmen, and I feel it's there best work. Well this is the depressing part, the lyricist, Howard Ashmen died 8 month's before the film came out, he never knew just how great this movie would be, and how the music helped. It's a shame really, it's like Michelangelo built his greatest work, yet never lived to see it fully finished, anyway I just wanted to share that, it always interested me that a man wrote 9 fantastic songs on his deathbed, and never found out just how well received they would become.

Oh, and I sorta of forgot this detail, but Howard Ashmen did more then just write the songs, he is the one who personally choose Paige O'Hara for Belle in Beauty and the Beast, he is the one who came up with the idea of the side characters in Beauty and the Beast, he is the one who got the voice actress of for Ariel to sing at the right pitch and tone, he actually did a lot more then just the music.

Hey, Bioshock Infinite WD, I got a question for ya. Belle featured on Sofia the First a while back and I wanted to know your opinion. Have this video for reference What do you think of her 3D design against her original 2D design? What about her voice? Of course, she isn't voiced by her original voice actor, rather the official Belle replacement voice actress.

Firstly, I have heard of this show but never watched it, believe me my reputation as a male has already been hanged enough, besides I don't love and or watch everything Disneyish, I do have other things I love. 1, Honestly, I think Belle looks better in 2D hand-drawn animation, just going to say that right now, I love CG animation, I know a lot of people hate it, and I mean HATE IT! I love it for one, I don't really favor either side, I see them as just different, not one is better, but clearly Belle was made in 2D animation, and should have stayed there. I mean, I am pretty sure Anna or Elsa don't look as good in 2D animation, because they were made with CG in mind, the opposite is true here. Though to be clear, she doesn't look horrible, she just looks better in hand-drawn animation. Believe me, she looked a lot worse in Enchanted Christmas and the third direct to video sequel of which I refuse to name. Also it might not be the best choice to show a clip from the actual film, because the contrast is fairly large, and I mean large! 3, Well the voice... I believe her name is Julie Nathanson I think? They changed her in 2011 because they thought Paige O'Hara's singing voice was not as strong anymore, and they were not entirely wrong. She was 35 when she first played Belle, and by that point she was 55, she did that voice for 20 years, shame but I get why. Now the new voice, well..... I won't say she's bad, her talking voice does kinda sound a bit like Paige O'Hara, but the singing voice.... yeah, it's very clearly someone different. Is it better? No, not at all, I hate to say it because this woman is good, I will admit that. But compare this song to the part in the first song in Beauty and the Beast, "Belle", where she sits on a fountain singing about her favorite book, and then look back! The original is better, i'm sorry to say, no disrespect to Nathanson, but following Paige O'Hara is incredibly hard to do because she put her heart and soul into that role. She often said that getting the role of Belle was one of the greatest moments of her life, just career, and I believe it. Hell at the end of the film she really was crying, not acting like it, she really did to the point where the producers had to ask if she was okay. She did a unbeatable job playing what I feel is Disney's best "Princess" character, so following that act is impossible. Well there's my opinion on all of your questions, hoped it answered your questions.

I watch the show ;_; it's a guilty pleasure of mine Thanks for answering all those questions, though. Not judging at all, it seems good actually from what I just saw, I just don't. Your welcome, if you ever need any questions on this, just ask, I will answer, also I forgot to mention, but I feel that Julie Nathanson is a great singer and would do a great job voicing a Disney Princess... just not Belle, seriously I closed my eyes and thought if it matched what I know Belle look's like, and my mind kept wondering to something more like Anna but completely original, not Belle. I then listened to Paige O'Hara singing, and could not disconnect the voice from Belle, it fit to perfectly, take that for what you will.

The show is really cool. They've had a load of Disney Princesses on... With some of the original voice actress! There's been Jasmine, Rapunzel, Mulan, Auroa, Tiana, Ariel, Cinderalla, etc.
Sure, it may be a kiddy show and some of the stuff is really corny, but I love it. Miranda from Brave is featuring on it soon. The first Pixar character to be in Soifa the First.

Pretty sure they didn't get Aurora's original voice actress Mary Costa, seeing how she is, 88 I think? Also I know for a fact that Illyn Woods, the original voice of Cinderella, died in 2010, but i'm sure they did good. Merida from Brave, huh, not my absolute favorite, but she was good, interesting, tell me when they get Anna and Elsa, which you know will be at a point, because I imagine they could translate pretty well to this show animation wise. Well, enjoy!

I intend to let you know when Anna and Elsa make an appearance. Please do, because it's, well.... actually maybe not, as hard as it is to believe, they are both not official Disney Princess's, no I am deadly serious, a year and three month's later, still not apart of that line, and according to Wikiepdia, you need to be an official one, so actually not really. Even stranger still, is that it took less then a year for Rapunzel and Merida to be apart of the line, but more then a year later nothing for Anna and Elsa? Strange is all I say.
