I doubt we'll ever see Kenny again, honestly. Season 3 probably will be a whole new story, considering of the five different endings.
1. Alone(and with the baby) - don't go with Kenny/Jane, or shoot both Kenny/Jane.
2. Leave Wellington with Kenny - Choose to leave with him, since Wellington doesn't offer anymore people, but they will let Clem and the baby be in Wellington.
3. Stay at Wellington, Kenny leaves - Choose to stay at Wellington, Kenny gives you his hat for the baby "once he grows up". - Best ending, imo.
4. Shoot Kenny, Forgive Jane, Let them in - Go to Howe's Hardware and let the family in.
5. Shoot Kenny, Forgive Jane, turn them away - Go to howe's hardware and turn the family away.
