Also, when some people on the TTG community were saying that the character "Omar" in Jack of Fables is the Jersey Devil.... He's not, he's a talking camel. Jersey also doesn't show up in the comics. Neither does Holly. |

Mostly because of No Going Back, but also because they made everyone that dies into people I love. Seriously, there are next to no people that die and stay dead in Fables, but of course, the characters I want to live, that the game made me want to live, are those characters. Blame the comic creator, not Telltale. I mean, the game doesn't even encourage you into liking Blueabeard, for example. Many people would probably say the same about Toad. It's just that we have bad luck with picking our favourites. I was really pissed when Colin died right at the start of the comic. Then I learn that everyone else I like also dies or never appears. I wanted to continue reading the comic, I stopped fairly in the beginning, but now I don't even want to. I'll only give first three books of Jack of Fables a try. I highly recommend ending at The Great Fables Crossover, you can easily see that as a satisfying ending. So the books that you should read are: The(nearly) Great Escape Jack of Hearts The Bad Prince Americana Turning Pages The Big Book of War The Great Fables Crossover Books to avoid at all costs: The New Adventures of Jack and Jack The Fulminate Blade The End |

I didn't like Beast anyway. But of course, the character I don't like lived up to issue 144, while Colin for example died in issue 5 or 6. |

So I remembered this thread from a few months back and decided to drop in to see of anyone else was talking about how fucking sad Boy Blue's death was... And I promptly spoiled the whole rest of Fables for myself. Fuuuuuck, silly mistake.
