When it crashes, it opens a little message that says, "pcsx2-r5875.exe has stopped working". That's it. That's all it says. Can you print screen what the log looks like? Before I launch it(Silent Hill is selected as the ISO): After is crashes:

Oh, so maybe the problem is you told me to get the PS2 Bios and I did it, not knowing that the first Silent Hill was on the first Play Station.

Oh, lol I didn't realize, not sure if that emulator can run PS1 games or not or if you need another emulator, but I imagine if not the set up process will be similar, and hey, at least you can play the other Silent Hill games with that one.

I found one that works for PS1 games, but I'm unsure as to how I make it work with a mouse and keyboard....

If you don't mind downloading some more shit (don't worry it's easy to set up) you can use your PS4 controller by plugging it into your PC with the charger. ds4windows.com/I use this all the time, It works perfectly. EDIT: How to install instructions straight off the website: Download zip Extract the 2 programs (DS4Windows and DS4Updater) in the zip wherever you please (My Docs, Program Files, etc.) Launch DS4Windows If not in Program Files, choose where you want to save profiles A windows will pop up showing how to install the driver, if not, go to settings and click "Controller/Driver Setup" If you have used SCP's tool in the past, you may need to uninstall the drivers to use the DS4 with bluetooth Connect the DS4 via a micro usb or through bluetooth (DS4 Device name: "Wireless Controller") may need to enter pair code: 0000) All should be good to go once you connect the controller.

Okay, should there be some sort of optional set up, because right now....
I've got the D-pad set to WASD.
Triangle is 2. Circle is F. X is V. Square is Left Shift.
L1 is Q and L2 is 1. R1 is E and R2 is 3.
How will I remember this shit.
(also, select is z, start is b)

I've never figured out the bluetooth, and at least on the PS2 emulator you can use your PS4 controller, though you need to rebind the buttons, still should be easier to remember.

Okay, so why are there buttons that make him shuffle to the side, and does the game literally just start with him in the car, getting out, and looking for Cheryl, or did I miss something?

Also, tabbing out of the game breaks it.

Trying hard to find a good place to put the aim button....
Left Control is kind of working, but I can't run or anything while aiming then....
