The plan to use the speakers to draw the herd seemed like a good idea. After discussing it with the group, they had all come to the conclusion that they would also do Luke's plan. And with the help of Clementine, they also found out a way to get through the herd. Apparently, if you cover yourself in walker guts, they can't tell you from one of them. Lee had figured that out.
At the moment, Clementine was on the roof and heading towards the stock exchange to grab a couple of walkie-talkies, while everyone else had to sit tight and wait for her return. Molly had took it upon herself to talk to everyone else and maybe get to know the people Clementine and Kenny had arrived with better.
She decided to approach the hat wearing young man first, who looked awfully similar to Kenny. She doubted that they were related, though. "Hey" she greeted. Nick was his name as far as she was aware.
"Hey" he responded, staring longingly at the outside world. The thing that stood between them and freedom was the fence.
"Hank told me that you and your group have been here before" she informed him.
"Yeah, we were" he confirmed "I was hoping we wouldn't end up back here..." He murmured.
"Well, if things run smoothly, then we might be able to escape." She commented.
Nick turned towards her, his back to the fence "You saw Luke down at the expansion, right? Is he okay?"
"He seemed fine... Just might need a little rest. He looked very tired" Molly explained.
"Well, he did have to travel here from a Ski Lodge we were staying at... Must have really tired him out" Nick muttered "I hope he's okay, I've known him for a long time and I couldn't handle it if anything..." He trailed off.
Molly lifted her hand and patted his arm. She had overheard stuff about Nick... Apparently he had lost someone close to him quite recently. Patting his arm had seemed like a good idea at the time, she had just wanted to comfort him, but it had come off as a bit awkward. "I'm sure he'll be fine, you'll see"
It may have been awkward, but Nick still smiled at the kind gesture "Thanks, uh..." He paused, not completely aware of her name "Molly, right?"
She smirked "Yep, that's me". "Anyway, I'm gonna go talk to the others" she told him.
"Okay, see you later"

Molly and Nick seem to be getting along well so far. Which is nice, considering Nick's history of meeting strangers before. I'm still hoping for Molly to make a comment about Clem's jacket.

I'm not entirely angry about that. But, if you need time to get it done, I understand.

Never trust me when it comes to writing.
Unless I have proven myself worthy must you then be allowed to believe that I can finish a goddamn fan fic.
