Status stuff works, here's what you need to put:
To add another character, copy the second line and paste it under the original second line, then fill in the details again.
Make sure you only put 5 characters in a line, and then start a new 'table', otherwise you end up with an ugly scroll bar.

If there's a character you don't have an image for, use 'Placeholder other.png' for the picture. It's just the placeholder image with a question mark on it.

As for the "presumed dead" character status, they used it a while back, but then got rid of it because it's basically a sub category of unknown.
