Carlos was so okay with Clementine operating the wind turbine at the ski lodge because he had a phobia of them. His parents died from their parachutes getting caught in a whole field of wind turbines during a skydive on their anniversary. That's why he was glad just to scan the trees at a safe distance. And then he sheltered Sarah because he didn't want her to suffer the same fate. It all adds up... So we've come to the conclusion that without Carlos' sheltering, Sarah would've become an extraordinary bringer of badassitude. |

Rebecca was Lee's wife and she cheated on him with the senator. When Lee remained arrested for the duration of the trial, she met a new man, Alivn, and married him. While Lee was travelling around Macon and Savannah, both she and Alvin found shelter at Howe's Hardware. Unfortunately, Rebecca - behing a cheating b*tch - did the same to Alvin as she did to Lee, she cheated on him with Carver. She got pregnant, escaped with the cabin group from the hardware store and met Clementine, who didn't - and will probably never know - that she met Lee's wife. How tragic, ugh.

In Episode 4, Nick volunteered to leave the trailer (with Luke and Sare safe inside) and look for help, because he wanted to prove himself. Also, he did it because Pete would have treated this as an act of bravery, something worth of a real man. That's why, when Nick was attacked by walkers, he didn't feel shame or fear, because he tried to do what had to be done. He died at peace with himself.
(Thinking about his death like this - instead of TT's flat version - makes it more bearable)
