I'm a bit skeptical about Mike. I mean, he's clearly a great guy, but that's not what I mean. I mean it seems like Telltale are trying to create a Lee v2.0, and I don't want them to just rehash characters like that.

Eh, I don't like Mike that much, yeah he can choke a zombie but I still don't like him.

I agree with MP. He choked a zombie, so what? Doesn't make him special.

"I'd eat the shit out of that raccoon" I did enjoy that, and his entire line about the Confederate jacket was priceless.

I must admit, Mike does have positive appeal. I like him.

I still don't get the thing about the jacket. What does the colour grey have to do with anything?

I still don't get the thing about the jacket. What does the colour grey have to do with anything? The southern states wore them. The ones who supportet slavery.

Mike is hilarious, my fourth favorite character now out of everyone still currently alive.

Agreed, a new favorite, and shocked that he lived through the episode, I was not banking on that, next episode he is extremely likely to not live past the first minute, but I like him regardless.

It occurs to me that despite Mike's awesomeness being universally agreed upon, we still don't know a damn thing about his past. What did he do before the apocalypse? How did he survive before he wound up at Carver's camp? How did he get those scars? [insert obligatory Dark Knight reference]
It's interesting that despite not being told anything about the guy, so many of us have come to see him as a great character. I think it's because he just seems like such a normal, reasonable guy after dealing with the likes of Kenny and Luke and all the other crazies in the group.
