So it looks like the entire community is split on the ending of Cry Wolf. Was Faith Nerissa the whole time, or visa versa?

I think that Faith was dead before ep 1, Nerissa was glamoured as Faith. It really blew my mind when I realised it.

Why would Nerissa have been glamoured as Faith in Ep. 1? It would make more sense if we actually saw Faith in Ep. 1, then she was glamoured as Nerissa the entire time, and Georgie killed Nerrissa, who Faith previously Glamoured as herself.

How does that make any sense? Seriously? Jesus. Just because the two girls say similar things does not mean that they're the same person. It doesn't mean that Faith was glamored as Nerissa, or that Nerissa was glamored as Faith. They are them. It doesn't make sense otherwise.

Also, I would vote for Nerissa on the pole, but no one was glamored as anyone.

It would make more sense if we actually saw Faith in Ep. 1, then she was glamoured as Nerissa the entire time, and Georgie killed Nerrissa, who Faith previously Glamoured as herself. She could've wanted to make sure Bigby will do everything he can to find the killer. That way, it wasn't just some random girl, it was a person he knew. And it gave him few clues about where to look. Bigby wouldn't even know Faith was a prostitute, if he hadn't met her in the beginning.

It being Nerissa makes the most sense to me based on the evidence and motive, but it does seem like the game was wanting us to lean towards it being Faith with the quotes at the end (specifically about Faith escaping the kingdom and Swineheart running more tests).
I still have some issues with the Nerissa thing though. It would mean that almost immediately after Faith died, Nerissa somehow acquired a glamour of her, went to the Woodsman, and got beaten up on purpose just to make Bigby feel a bit more sympathy towards Faith and pursue her case. That seems really like a really strange plan of action to me.
Also, why would Georgie be okay with one of his employees leaving evidence of his crime at the doorstep of the authorities?

The lines that show up at the end:
Bufkin talking about how Faith disguised her beauty to escape the land. This would support Faith being glamoured as Nerissa the whole time, obviously Faith disguising herself as Nerissa reflects disguising herself to escape her father just like in her own fable.
"I feel like we've met before" and "You're trying to place me". Obviously something about Nerissa reminded Bigby of Faith. Truth be told, this could be used either way, but my first thought is in support of Nerissa having been Faith the whole time.
Talking about Dr. Swineheart running tests on Faith. I took this as meaning that Swineheart thought that something was off when he was examining Faith's head, potentially he found something that made him think that it was glamoured, meaning it was Nerissa's head glamoured as Faith.
Along with this, the photo of Faith shouting at Nerissa(and reaching out for the ribbon?) and Nerissa looking scared at the Steel Mill(or whatever it was). Obviously, details are vague on what happened. Faith and Lilly were meant to be killed. It's possible that Nerissa did... something. And then Faith killed her, glamouring the head to look like-
EDIT: This is what I've come up with:
Faith, Lilly, and Nerissa wanted to escape, and Faith had dirt on Crane, an ally of The Crooked Man's, this was how they were going to get out. Nerissa goes and tells Georgie, but then Faith finds out somehow. looking at the photo in the Steel Mill, it definitely looks like Faith is reaching for Nerissa's ribbon. So, Faith killed Nerissa(by accident?), and then switched their place with the glamour. Lilly was killed by Georgie. Then, Faith brings Nerissa's head to the woodlands, and sets everything in motion, probably mostly out of guilt.
I actually think that's a solid theory, and the only thing that leaves me slightly confused is why the picture of Faith and Nerissa would be at the Steel Mill. But whatever, I definitely think that it was Faith the whole time.
The biggest argument against Nerissa being Faith is that if Lawrence lives, then Faith doesn't talk to Lawrence. The response to this: Faith thinks that Lawrence is better off without her, and that it would be best for everyone if he just went on thinking she were dead. This is supported by the letter(I think, I forgot what it said).

This would support Faith being glamoured as Nerissa the whole time, obviously Faith disguising herself as Narissa reflects disguising herself to escape her father just like in her own fable. So, I'll move on to the next point. The biggest argument against Nerissa being Faith is that if Lawrence lives, then Faith doesn't talk to Lawrence. I thought about that to, seeing how all your enemy's are dead or in prison, she could come back, but if it is her, then maybe like you said, she thinks it's better off that way.

Eh, I don't think a Second Season would probably touch on this at all. Still kind of hoping that Season Two follows up on the thing at the Police Station with Brannigan. It would certainly shake things up, and the title would still be relevant. Or, maybe since Telltale's been doing the multiple POV things, we play as several characters, one being Bigby, another being Detective Brannigan.

Okay, so if you say "He hit you" when Woody is gone and Faith says they don't have to make a big deal about it, then after Faith says that they're even since she swung an axe in his head, Bigby jokes that maybe he should arrest her. to which Faith replies, "I'm not going to be doing this much longer, so now's your chance".
Really, it's only foreshadowing to everything as a whole, but it gives me even more of a feeling that it was Faith who lived at the end.
