Well for me they are all two hours, except for maybe 400 Days, and you know what? It is totally fine as long as the quality remains.

Since we're stuck in one place in episode 3, which is that store, then we might get a chance to have open hubs where we can casually walk around and talk to people.

Then again, it seems we're doing manual labour so maybe not. But, you never know.

Episode 1 took me 01:37:45, Episode 2 took me 01:51:52. Close enough to 2 hours for me. So long as they're above 01:30:00 for me I'm fine with the length.

That actually explained plenty. I am no longer concerned about the Episodes not being two hours long.

I'm usually an idiot and play the episodes at night and get extremely tired, but I still interact with everything I can. I swear to god though, I need to start playing episodes in the day. They usually take me around 1 hour and maybe ... 50? Yeah, 50 minutes. 1 hour and 50 minutes. Probably.
I don't really want shorter episodes, but I suppose 90 minutes is cool.

I've done some maths crap with the amount of time it took me to play each episode:
Ep1: 01:38:11 Ep2: 02:21:31 Ep3: 02:04:59 Ep4: 02:26:01 Ep5: 01:38:24
Average Season 1 time: 02:01:49
DLC: 01:20:59
S2Ep1: 01:37:45 S2Ep2: 01:51:52
Average Season 2 time: 01:44:48
Difference between S1 time and S2 time: 00:17:01
So basically all we lose is an amount of time equal to that of Shel's story. Basically a lot of it is padding.

Apparently All That Remains was one of the shortest of the series, which I didn't really take note of on my first play-around. As long as they're not drastically shorter than that, I'm good with it. All about quality, interactions and where the story goes anyways.

Well No Time Left was the shortest in season 1, but that is because of the pace being so fast, and it was also the best episode so time does not matter at all, quality is what matters.

For me No Time Left was a whole 13 seconds longer than All That Remains.

Not all that much, quality wise though, huge difference.
