Another story of redemption from a black man. Yeah, okay. There are two characters that can't die in season 2, how awesome. I really hope I'm wrong, but I think we'll play as Clementine again. But if not Clem or a new character, then yeah, Mike is most likely for pc.

I agree. As much as I like Christa, I consider her dead, unless there will be a confirmation she's not.

Well originally the shot that you here in Ep.1 was supposed to be Christa shooting Ralph, and he would be at Howe's instead of Mike, explaining how he got the scar. Maybe the same thing happened, but Ralph died instead.

That could had potentially moved the focus away from Kenny during Episode 3 and as such the idea was scrapped...
And yeah I'm only midly exaggerating here.

Well, my question is why they din't have Ralph at Howe's instead of Mike. Because Telltale didn't go through with it? Or they thought that Clem reuniting with the guy who attacked her and Christa would be too unrealistic, just like how Clem reuniting with Christa would be unrealistic too but for some reason, Clem reuniting with Kenny after two years and Jane showing up again in episode 5 is realistic.

I agree. As much as I like Christa, I consider her dead, unless there will be a confirmation she's not. Her fate, technically speaking, is unknown. Furthermore, while Clem is never given any opportunities to say that she thinks Christa is dead, she is given several opportunities to ask about Christa's whereabouts as if she were alive. So as far as Clem (and thus the player) is concerned, Christa is alive. Just missing.

That doesn't mean they will show up latter. OFC this is not really comparable since those were secondary characters and not as prominent as Christa, but still somewhat close...
