But I'm sticking with this choice, I never change my choices

Well if you played BEFORE you knew what happens in both choices, then you'd clearly save Nick. Literally every person I've seen go in blind has saved Nick. I played the game the second it was available, completely blind. I said I was really pissed at myself for saving Pete when I confirmed that he really was bit. When I went and rewound (onto a different save slot), then I found out that Nick is alive either way. I didn't know what would happen beforehand. I played the game blind.

Mistakes aside, I've watched several playthroughs, and all of them picked Nick. However, I'm guessing that around 40% of the people who chose Pete cheated and watched Let's Plays.

I think the reason though Is because I thought Pete shot his foot, instead of being bitten. When I saw the scene in the preview with the saw, I was like... Shit. But I'm thankful Nick lived in my choice!

When the choice first came out it was around 45% 55% pro Nick. It's since shifted to a small majority with Pete. Save scuming filths.

It takes the weight out of your decisions. I've fucked up with choices in the past. I accidentally shot Danny's foot. I accidentally left in the daytime in episode 1, yet I never REWOUND. It makes the choices you make not make any difference. Don't like a choice you made? REWIND! Accidentally said something dickish? REWIND!

When episode 2 came out, I was still going to see what happened when I saved Pete first. In case you didn't know harp, after you complete the game, you can rewind to any point on a different save slot. I was going to have a second save slot where I saved Nick instead of Pete. That's it. you've played season 1 more than one time and made different choices, I was just doing the same thing. My original game with saving Pete was, and always will be, my blind cannon save. I never planed to change that.

Well, he BETTER live. He's just too awesome to die now. Before we even got back to the cabin in my first playthrough, I decided that he could be the new Kenny for season 2 (as in, my bro. provided that Actual Kenny is actually dead). Of course, out of everyone in the cabin group, it had to be HIM that got bitten at the end... You have an account over here rock? I thought you left us during Campy's bullshit.... Anyways, I saved him because I felt like I owed him. He did just save my life less than 24 hours ago, and I didn't know if he had been bitten. I was really pissed when I found out that he was bit, but then I realized that Nick lives either way. So I'm glad I saved him. Well, I'm back baby. Fought my way through a horde of walkers in an alleyway to reunite with you guys.

On the Nick and Pete thing, I saved Pete because he had my back when I was bitten, and looked like he needed more help. I have to say, that was my favorite choice of the Episode. You either have to save a short-fused prick who nearly killed you and was fighting off zombies, or go and help the cool guy who had your back, even though he'd already been bitten and was pinned by walkers. I guess they finally found a way to get it to around 50/50 without RPS. And, honestly, the choice would have favored Pete immensely if he hadn't been bitten.

It was certainly the only choice that felt distressing.

Best choice in the episode, and hardest to, I think it is 50 50 due to Pete being bit, and Nick saying he was sorry, if neither happened then it would have been Carley/Doug again.

It was my favorite single choice so far in the game. Season 1 or 2. Shame it came in such a shitty episode.

That was one of the best choices in the entire series. This episode had a lot of really one sided choices but the last one was great.
