"Well in a way id say so. There are ofcourse some things that dont last forever, but in the grand scheme of things, yeah, id say existence is forever and eternal.
As for whats beyond the domain, from my understanding there isnt anything beyond it, its infinite. And if there was anything outside of it, you'd need a quite literaly impossible amount of magic and power to somehow go outside of it." Gateway said

"Nice." Lynne said, not seeming to be bothered as she turned around. Squinting up at the sun as she looked over to the cathedral on top of the mountain. "Why don't we continue this story up there?" she suggested, hands on her hips. Speaking all dramatically again. "I'll think about the world outside the domain later, but for now, I believe there's at least a million years of prequels for you to fill me in on."

"before you get too far ahead of yourself, you cant reach the domain, as i stated earlier. Unless you somehow got that immortalspecies to bring you into the domain, but in the end you would still be brought back here.
If beings could travel from multiverse to multiverse, it could cause a significant disruption of balance, espacially since different multiverses likely have their own set of rules and such, if someone with power could enter a world where nobody has any magical power, it would be a big problem. So it isnt allowed.
I myself am a god of all paths, the power to open a portal wherever i desire, yet i cant open a portal to the domain." Gateway said as he followed Lynne

"Hm, but didn't you yourself tell me that we have the ability to make the impossible possible?" Lynne asked, ascending the staircase, her shoes leaving imprints in it as though it was sand. "You alone may not be able to make a portal to the domain as you are now, but in admitting that, you're admitting that you're not omnipotent."

"Well thats not entirely true, afteral i also told you the domain is beyond even the gods.
Perhaps there is a path that would take you to the domain, but im certainly not aware what that path is yet." gateway said

For just a moment, Lynne stopped walking. She paused, letting her hair and earrings both sway in the breeze.
"...I don't remember much of my childhood, before the island burnt down. But I was born on the Euclidean Isles.
...My mom, and my dad, I don't remember much of them either, but I do remember looking out on the ocean, seeing islands in the distance, knowing I would never go there. But then, I think it was on my birthday, I did. My parents rented a boat and took me there. I saw a guardian that day, but I don't think he saw me. But they still rented that boat, and what I always thought would be impossible... simply wasn't.
Then, one day I was somewhere else, in a facility designed to study the abilities that kept me alive when everything else was destroyed. In there, I saw worlds within pages, creatures on the other sides of trees, places Lance could see without trying thanks to his element. But I would never be able to reach them the same way he could. Again, that place burnt down, and with nothing but my own two feet... I reached those places.
After years, do you know where I found myself. In space. No matter where I had been, never once did I dream of space. I only saw space within the stars at night, within the pages of the comics I read when I was younger than I am now. But now here I am, in a different universe entirely, on a planet so similar, yet so different to the one I came from.
Do you believe I was aware of the path I would go down, when my parents were renting that boat for me when I was still a youth?" Lynne asked, folding her arms and staring straight at Gateway. "The world is expanding in front of my eyes.
If you are like me, omnipotent but not, surely your world is expanding too."

The gateway was silent for a brief moment.
"I remember many years ago, after a period of time when nothing much was really happening, Omalley was known as Ultima, and about to make a mistake that would change his life forever, and back then, the world seemed so small, it was like Universe 3 was the center of the multiverse.
But then i watched, and as time went by it did feel like the world was expanding, things were happening in more places, the omnipotents freed from their prison, the arrival of hastur, the academy, and then the eternal journey, the discovery of universe 13.
It does feel like the world before us is expanding. If that expands all the way to the domain, remains to be seen." Gateway said

"Was it like that then, as well? Back when that boy was throwing slime around on a barren wasteland?" Lynne asked.

"In a way yeah. it was just us afteral, so the universe felt small, but that would soon change.
Perhaps the multiverse goes in a cycle of expansion, starts small, expands, then fades to feeling small again, before it expands once more and feels like its growing." Gateway said

"You'd know more about that than I would, you're the one who's seen it." Lynne told him, before turning around and promptly resuming her climb up the stairs.

"Very well.
So, Dorcalla, Morsaga, Vaol, Vitala, and Litorius, all created their own world, some created multiple worlds, but their worlds were in their vision of how things should be. And for hundreds of thousands of years, many lifetimes those worlds did just fine. Civilizations grew, cultures were born, all on these specual worlds. But the truth is they were never going to last.
Each of them focused on their respective worlds, but without the balance of all of us together, their worlds were doomed from the start." Gateway said As the worlds were seen.
"And so, one by one, they all began to fall." Gateway said, as Lynne would soon see what events led to the fall of each gods respective worlds.

There was a a really gigantic dark purple planet, with a large dark tree that was bigger than even the planet itself, filled with fruits that din't look like exactly normal.
As for the planet, which was called Darkside, was filled with a lot of forests, thorned plants, waterfalls, peaceful dark creatures drinking from the water and the night was infinite, filled with stars and the moon was shining above the planet, it was pretty cold aswell.
Dorcalla was sitting on his back at a beach, the fresh water reaching his feet laid on the sound, his arms folded behind his neck, enjoying the quiet serenity of his own planet.
A small dark creature with four eyes with the colours of his own eyes that resembled a deer walked up to Dorcalla, softly placing it's head against his own. He placed his hand on the deer, petting it.
That was till, all the trees slowly started to wither and die, the sky was now overshadowed by dark clouds that engulfed the moon and the stars, the water turned pitch black, and all the animals were slowly starting to die off.
There was no more plant life or animal life on Darkside without the heat to provide the planet, it was slowly dying till it turned into a dark wasteland made out of sand and black liquid.
After the process was finished, Dorcalla was standing at the beach with the deer dead at his feet, with his fists clenched at his sides, his four eyes were closed as black liquid was dripping from his eyes, they were his tears.
He raised his head towards the black sky, unleashing a howl that multiple worlds could from the distance, a howl of rage and despair.
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"...Hm.."
At that moment, Vaol appeared a distance away from him. What seemed like a tail was swishing back and forth behind him beneath his robes... and, two figures were standing on either side of the life god. Two slime-covered insects, like adult versions of Vaol were there, both standing at twice his height. One with eyes that were entirely light blue, dressed in robes befitting a scholar had a stylus grasped in one claw, running it along the pristine, pure white tablet it held and the other, with dark blue eyes in white, featureless armour, grasped a spear in both of its hands. The six glowing antenna shared between them were perhaps the only light sources in the area.
"This world was never going to last either." The insect with the tablet said, to Vaol. "Even with the gift of life you gave his creatures... It wasn't enough."
"...Unless you want to meet Morsaga, you two should keep quiet and stay back." Vaol advised, walking up towards the grieving god of darkness.
