"Even if they don't forgive us, fuck em, we don't need their approval." Dietz said with a angry look.
"I can't exactly fault them for being angry, it's a natural reaction. You should probably think of adjusting your attitude slightly if you ever hope to find your place anywhere." Izanami said, glancing at Dietz.
"Thanks, mom, I'll keep that in mind." Dietz said with a roll of his eyes.
The Royal Guard walked out of the village, going past the merchant who waved at them and approached the Absalon.
"...It's...certainly a big vessel." Nephthys commented, looking at it from the distance.
"I thought everyone from 6 jumped into the Eternal Journey when that wave was still erasing stuff from existence, that ship is a lot bigger than this one" Hercule said.
"They did...but it felt odd seeing so many people in there, it din't feel appropriate so I stood in the village till the crisis got solved." Nephthys explained.

"You didn't even look at any of the other places?" Diana asked. "Talk about wasted opportunities."

"...I never really travelled to other worlds before. As a child, I wasn't fond of places that I'm not familiar with, I lived on my own before a family took me in...does that make sense?" Nephthys asked.

"It makes sense to me." Erinye offered, while Diana shrugged.
"Sure." Diana said. "I guess that explains why you're so anxious all the time."

"...I'm not always like this." Nephthys frowned.
Dietz pressed a button on his transceiver and the ship's bay door opened.
The Royal Guard walked into the ship, followed up by Izanami and then Nephthys who slowly walked at the back of the group as the door closed.
They were walking in a grey hallway.
"Alright, since you two haven't been here before, allow me to tell you about the Absalon. The hallway we are in is the first floor, the bottom level. In this floor, there is the engine room on the left and I don't think I need to explain the purpose for that room and on the right it's the hangar bay, where we keep emergency escape pods in case of emergencies like the ship blowing up and need to escape and throw all sorts of junk in that place or keep a prisoner there, we could place the orbs in the hangar bay when we'll find them. But the second floor is a lot more promising." Hercule went on as they walked past two big doors on both sides of the hallway.
"You mean there is more?" Nephthys asked as she placed her hand on the metal wall as she was walking.
"Well, duh, this isn't a scout ship, it's a mothership after all. We have a lot of space here." Dietz said.
They arrived in front of a grey platform that would take them to the next level as Hercule and Dietz stood on it and waited for everyone else.

The rest followed.
"You're going to love this place. It's like, really cool, way cooler than any of the other ships I've been on." Diana smiled. Gesturing for Izanami and Nephthys to follow while Theseus made his way to the very back of the platform- getting out of everyone's way.
"And how many is that, anyway?" Bacchus asked, leaning back.
"Like, two." Diana admitted.

"That's not a very big number." Izanami commented, as she stood between Theseus and Erinye while Nephthys stood next to Bacchus, she looked very curious.
Hercule pressed a button on the platform and it moved up, taking them up and it stopped in front of a big metal bay door.
The door opened and the group continued, they were in the second floor.
The hallway looked similar to the last one, except there were two more corridor's left and right.
"Like I said, this floor has a lot more stuff on it. On the left side, we have all sorts of rooms, like a kitchen with a fridge stocked with food and water if any of get hungry and want to grab a bite, a bathroom, a recreation room with a tv set if you want to watch the news, a show or a movie with a video game console to play some games to pass the time including a pool table and if you want to give your muscles some exercise, we have a training area split in two rooms, one room is a simulation chamber that we can use to prepare for battles or improve our skills by using data we collect from enemies we will encounter and the other room is a workout gym." Hercule said.
"And the right corridor mostly has sleeping quarters, since we're gonna be in this Universe for awhile, we'll need plenty of sleep after a exhausting boss fight. You two won't need to worry about sharing your rooms with someone, there are 10 rooms in total in that hallway, enough for all of us" Dietz said.
"You are treating this like a luxury cruise than a dangerous situation where our enemies could bring forth devastation upon whoever they want if they get their hands on those wish orbs." Izanami said as she folded arms while Nepthtys looked everywhere in awe.
"Well, sure, we are taking this seriously but there will be some free time after each battle, enough to regain our energy and rethink of new strategies later on. One of the important key aspects of working together as a team is also to have fun while saving thousands from harm." Hercule said.
"I fail to see the 'fun' aspect in all of this." Izanami said.

"Me too, honestly." Bacchus spoke up, with folded arms. "We're here on a mission. The Fun can wait til after it's finished."
"There's nothing wrong with simply letting you all know what rooms are where on the ship. It wouldn't be of any good to anyone if someone spent half a hour trying to find the fridge." Theseus said. "Ignoring the fun for now, it is still important for us to be able to regain our energy and think up strategies together. Especially with everything that's at stake."

"And that's why you are one of my favorite guys, Theseus. You two should follow his example and learn to brighten up a little." Dietz said to Bacchus and Izanami.
Izanami just rolled her eye in response.
They reached another platform and it went up, taking them to the upper deck.
The bay door opened and the group entered in the cockpit.
"And here we are, the cockpit, the last part of the ship and the most important one cause this is where we navigate it to some place, these buttons can do various things like shooting enemy fleet's with our giant guns and when we all need some free time to ourselves, we can get the ship to fly on it's own without us to drive it." Hercule explained.
"The ship can fly without anyone controlling it? Is it alive, can it talk?" Nephthys asked.
"Ugh, no, the ship has a 'autopilot' mode, it allows to the ship to take us to our destination without needing us to be at the wheel. Ship's aren't living beings, not unless you count artificial intelligence." Dietz said as he sat on the pilot chair.
"Oh...I see." Nephthys, sounding somewhat disappointed.

Erinye's satchel was still beneath her chair in the cockpit. It stood out, being way less high-tech than everything else in the room.
"But, if you count artificial intelligence, those ships would be alive, and would be able to talk." Erinye turned to Nepthys.
"I'd just be uncomfortable in a talking ship, personally." Theseus said. "Didn't have those back when I started out, it'd feel like it's watching your every movement as you walk about inside it and I don't like the thought of that."
"..Dad, that's creepy." Erinye blinked.
"Exactly, that's why I don't like it." Theseus confirmed.

"Hm...that would be intimidating, I imagine." Nephthys agreed.
"Whether we will install an AI for this ship or not will be a topic for another day. For now, we'll do the thinking for the ship." Hercule said as he sat next to Dietz.
"Kay, this baby will launch off in a few seconds, I suggest everyone to sit down before we fly off if you don't want to feel dizzy. As for Izanami and Nephthys, you two can sit in the back right behind everyone else, those chairs aren't occuppied by anyone." Dietz said.
Izanami sat on a chair right where Bacchus and Diana are sitting as she crossed her legs while Nephthys sat right behind Theseus and Erinye's seats, placing her staff next to her.

Erinye got into her seat, kicking at her satchel as she turned around to face Nepthys.
"So, to run through this; we're supposed to find this Majin dude. Because he most likely knows about the orbs." Diana said. "That about right?"

"It depends if the guy is alive. These Omnipotents lived for a long time right, and Kamest was alive like...years ago I think if he knew Majin for that long. Unless the guy is immortal or has the guardian's blessing, we can't exactly count on him being alive or having the orb at this point. Plus, we need to track down the planets that contain the energy of the orbs first before anything else." Dietz said as he was starting up the engines.
Nephthys looked back at Erinye.
"...Is something wrong?" Nephthys asked.

"Still, if he is alive,it wouldn't hurt to find him, would it?" Diana asked.
Bacchus finally sat down himself, "Dietz is right, first priority is always the orbs."
"..No, nothing." Erinye shook her head. "What is it like, being a summoner?"

"...It's not a easy task. Almost every day someone dies from unknown causes and I have to be there to send their souls to their resting place. Originally, before the Necromancy curse began to spread, I used to summon the restless spirits while a friend of mine would put their souls back into their bodies to restore them to life, it felt like a good thing to do...but things have turned difficult when spirits were being corrupted by the curse, it's hard to fight against a man, a woman, a child or even a innocent creature who were once alive and happy and now they don't have control over their own actions, they're just angry spirits who despise the living. Every summoner feels that way aswell." Nephthys sighe.d
