Oh another thing that intrigued me is the mention of the ranch. And why did Marlon have to give Sophie and Minerva to the adults like... I feel like it's very Bad TouchTMSome rapey shit for sure. This is getting dark.

Could be anything really.

Did they say he was gonna give away AJ too or was it just ambiguously 'you' as in 'could be clementine' or 'could be clementine & AJ'
because boy am I up for killing some creeps like that

What do you guys think of Marlon?
He was the character I liked the most until act three, and then everything exploded. His anger issues were foreshadowed lots of times during the episode, but I didn't think it'd be something as big as this. The fact that he gave the sisters away is awful and really disgusting. However, I can't help but feel really bad for him. He was just a kid, in the end. He probably didn't want any of this to happen, but he made awful choices and was a coward overall. Also, trying to blame Clem for Brody's death is also fucking awful.

I feel sorry for him, he clearly has mental issues, and was put into a situation with a level of stress that even most adults would crack under. That doesn’t excuse his actions, his cowardice is a fatal flaw that led him to do horrible things, and maybe he would never have earned forgiveness, but he wasn’t evil and he didn’t deserve to die.

Also, trying to blame Clem for Brody's death is also fucking awful. Feels like he was kinda backed into the role of leader by everyone else and putting up this stable front when he was kinda super stressed the fuck out really screwed him over in the long term, constantly making it build until the Brody thing happened. He gave away the twins which is unforgivable and really shitty and he clearly would have given anyone else up to save his own ass, but I would have given him the chance to redeem himself by helping getting the twins back if he hadn't been Mariana'd. I'd say he probably didn't offer up the twins, Abel's group set the terms and he just agreed because he thought it'd save his own skin (and everyone else in the short term). But yeah I still did like the character and would have liked him to stick around longer so I could find out more about him and possibly redeem him, but his death serves a purpose in that it opens up a power vacuum for Clem to slide into.

Its kinda just a little thing but I like how AJ repeats your advice from earlier after he shoots Marlon. “What? I didn’t hesitate.” Was honestly a really chilling moment.

AJ takes your advice when you find new places too. In my case he always checked the windows.

I aimed for the head." made me feel like garbage which I think is a good thing? Also I knew Marlon died before I even played but I did NOT expect it to be AJ who killed him, either.
