(yes bad trope of writer confirming character's sexuality outside of the text but still neat)

Well, I completed a playthrough of God of War in New Game +. There's this new resource called skap slag that you can collect that goes with the new "perfect" equipment. Some of them are the same, but with higher stats and a + in the name.
Throughout the first half of the playthrough, I used the Blades of Chaos in some moments like boss fights and burning just one of the Hel-bramble. I even tried to climb straight up the summit instead of around the side when Baldur, Magni and Modi are talking to Mimir, but the game wouldn't let me. It just said "Come Back Later" and I was forced to follow the story. Too bad. A 2v3 fight would've been quite a challenge, even though one of them couldn't be killed.
And then when it came to needing to retrieve the blades (despite the fact they are on Kratos' back) the game cleverly placed the blades in that sheet during the cutscene and he wraps the chains on, (when they already were) and Mimir says "Alright, brother. Let's see what those blades can do." Have you not noticed them before, people? Eh, whatever.
But I sure as hell wasn't going to fight all those Valkyries and Queen Valkyrie again. That shit was tough enough the first time. And of course, I still despise the traps in Tyr's temple.
