He also announced Glenn would die in the show like he did in the comics, and you'd think he'd be lying there... but it happened. Fuck Kirkman. His words are wind.

Also true, you can't tell if he's be honest or not. Your right, his words are wind. You never know what he's gonna do until he does it. So I can't outright say this isn't going to happen in which case FUCK YOU TELLTALE for even allowing that to happen.

TBH at this rate Kirkman would probably treat Clementine better than TTG does. The comics might be stale, but at least they're not 100% trash like Telltale is.

What's even going on in the comics at this point? Eugene, Michonne, Siddiq, Magna, and Yumiko, along with a new character called The Princess are headed to a community that Eugene's been communicating with via radio in Ohio. It's actually a pretty decent arc. Occasional cut-backs to the D.C. Safezone as they rebuild after the Whisperer War. And I think there's a solo Negan issue coming up pretty soon, too.

I don't know I hope it's a fake-out and these aren't enemies, bc doing ANOTHER War story-arc right after The Whisperer War, which was pretty soon after All Out War, would be just flat-out stupid.

honestly tired of us running into new enemies that were supposed to hate for no good reason and for it to drag out for 20 issues. I miss when a big fight happened, like with the governor, and the characters were all spread out, helpless and hopeless. Walking around in abandoned, rotting and overgrown areas. Truly lost in the apocalypse.
We'll never see that, though. Stuck in these freaking clean uptight communities that last fuckin forever to the point where the only thing that makes this comic look remotely like a zombie comic is only the zombies. When's the last time we saw some real good art of apocalyptic scenery??? Where is the atmosphere?? Miss that shit

To be fair though, how do you go back without feeling like you're just retreading old ground? I feel like kirkman himself has had no idea what to do since all out war.

It's more going back to the roots and what made the walking dead good/atmospheric, not treading old ground. And youre right, kirkman is so fucking lost.
