Just a note, Rock made me sound like an asshole. He edited my post. I won't deny it, but I really did think it sounded genuine. I mean, i put in spoiler tags, so it wouldn't have made sense for Harp's comment to say she was bad with spoiler tags, so I made one small edit to bring the whole thing together. Didn't realize it would backfire like this. Real footage of me when I was doing it: Bad real footage meme.

In the age of HD cameras in every device all leaks are still recorded with a toaster.

In the age of HD cameras in every device all leaks are still recorded with a toaster. Those CIA budget cuts really suck.

Yeah, those 44 minutes ranged from dull to awful to frustrating.

15 minutes in:
I gotta say, the gap in quality between directing and writing is stunning. That opening sequences, as far as the visuals go, is really good. I mean, everything is. Even in episodes 1 and 2, the art style and directing is really excellent. And then the characters open their mouths and like.... really? That's Gabe's reaction to his friend being dead? That's it? And David not noticing Kate on he ground until Javi mentions it? The dialogue feels kind of stilted and weird, but the visuals and how everything is framed is great. Like the scene of Mari leaving her stuffed rabbit behind.
I don't know, I'm saving most of my thoughts until the actual episode releases, but I just wanted to say that as it's the first thing that really hits me watching the leaked footage.

Little confused, are you saying what you've seen in Episode 3 so far (not gonna watch it but im curious) is way better in terms of directing and writing than anything in the first two episodes? EDIT: Whoops, nevermind. I misread "between directing and writing" as "both directing and writing" Assumed you meant in constrast to the previous two episodes.

Visually there are some nice touches, with how the scenes are laid out and how characters act, but when the actual script comes into play the quality drops tenfold.

And there's still more than a week before the official release. Mind-boggling.

Straying clear of the spoilers.
If I look at them, I will have absolutely no desire to play the episode.
