I voted for the 400 Days crew too Zyphon are we actually not the same person? Like, do we just have split personality disorder or something? God, I hope not. I don't know how we can handle two of you.

Yeah let's completely forget everything that happened at Clem's house, the farm, the drugstore, the motel, the dairy, let's also completely forget all of Lee's interactions with all those characters. Okay, so your argument is that Javier is uncomplex. And your way of proving that is to totally and clearly jokingly simplify him. You need to make your points clearer and more concise my dude. Dunno how you came up to that conclusion, your definition of complexity might be a little flawed, all those things don't really make Lee a complex character. His complexity is defined from the moment he's in the cop's car to the moment where he talks to Clem and Carley in the drugstore office, at this point we already know who we're playing as. Anything after that adds nothing to his complexity. Regarding Javier... my argument is more that he is a bland and boring Marty-Stu.

woo hoo look at me I'm this hot ass Latino with a beard, I've been cucking my brother for years, So? Conflicts between siblings is a common thing for story protagonists. all the girls fall in love within 5 seconds of talking to me. Telltale designed him that way. He comes off as a smug, charming guy. Hell Asher had almost the exact same level of smug and charm. Completely wiped out your whole settlement? lol who cares you all follow my orders now. This is common in nearly all Telltale Games to give the player a sense of choice. In Minecraft Jesse, who in the beginning is not the leader of his friends but more of an equal, slowly steps up to take the lead. Petra even rebels against his leadership in EP. 7. Similarly in Tales, Rhys and Fiona aren't exactly the leaders of the group, with Felix originally taking this role. By Ep. 3 though, one could argue that over time, Fiona (and Rhys somewhat) take over. Now with Javi, the only reason everyone's going with him is because they have nowhere else to go. The only one who blames Javi is Conrad, and Javi doesn't really take charge until the very end of Ep. 2 when they arrive at Richmond. Oh man I'm so nice to Clem I'm such a good dude. Literally the same thing can be said to Lee and Luke what's your point? All I got from that was "Telltale made him that way and Telltale is never wrong!!!"

He is totally a Gary Stu.

I probably put Lee as my number 1 favourite character, then probably Russell or Wyatt because they allowed us to interact with Nate and Eddie (well, you also could interact with Nate playing as Wyatt mostly by avoiding getting f***ing murdered).

I would say Lee, definitely. Like him as a character and his story aswell, from a teacher who murdered a senator and was going to jail and then thrown in a world of death, and redeeming himself by taking care of a little girl and teaching her how to survive and doing everything he can to save her, even cutting his own arm(determinantly). And of course, his death was emotional and very good.
Clem, as a protagonist...din't really seem to work. She din't seem to have that much of a personal story arc. All she did was being mostly a witness to other characters and such. A story about her coping with Lee's death and getting over it would of been a more interesting story is what I'm saying.
I like Javier, but I have to wait for the season to end to see if he is either better than Lee or not. But I sincerely doubt it.

400 days. The way the different characters all interacted with one another was really interesting. You would think in hindsight it would be a mess but it actually works, like with Shel/Becca you have the sister relationship so even when they get on each others nerves they get angry but they never hold it against one another because they're still family. Then you got people like Russell who is pretty level headed but basically gets trapped with a psychopath and is forced to work alongside him, but even Nate has his moments. He's such a unlikeable person yet he's ... trustworthy? Probably not but you get a strange level of companionship with him. You have something similar with Eddie/Wyatt but here it's alot more relaxed and laidback. You can tell they've been best friends for a long time and have each others backs, even when they fuck up. Wyatt COULD just leave after Eddie's pretty fatal mistake but he won't because he knows Eddie would do the same for him. It's such a shame we didn't see these characters get used to their full potential, TTG really dropped the ball here and it's super sad that we probably won't see them ever again.

With the new season now done and over with, how would you now rate Javier Garica in terms of playable protagonist?
