Are you facing him 1 on 1, or just fighting everyone? 1 on 1 is much easier than fighting them all, which is considered one of the most difficult fights of the game. I didn't have the option to duel him, so I think I'm fucked. Well, you could always Give him Isabela. That bypasses the fight entirely, but you obviously lose Isabela forever, which sucks. By the way, did Isabela return after she ran off, or did she just leave you to get fucked? She should have shown up right before the Arishok fight if so. The way to get the option to do a 1 v 1 with the Arishok is, whenever people try to fuck with the Qunari, be upfront with him about. Then he'll see you as honorable and consent to the duel, otherwise in his eyes you're just another piece of shit Kirkwall resident who rolls around in the muck without honor. Hiding something/everything from him is probably what screwed you in that regard.

I don't think I hid anything from the Arishok, I certainly didn't hide the Qunari that the templars killed. Honestly if I don't pass this soon I might just stop playing and read the rest of the story somewhere and do my choices on the keep, because this shit's just frustrating.

Isabela should come back if her Friendship OR Rivalry is 50 or greater, and if you did her personal quests up to that point. Otherwise you never see her again. What happened with sister Petrice? I'm pretty sure that has an effect on it as well.

She tried to frame me for the death of the Viscounts son, presumably because I told her that she had made an enemy the last time I saw her, and then I told the priest about it and she sent her away and I haven't seen her since.

That must be what did it, I think. The alternate way that plays out is a Qunari comes in after the Grand Cleric begins walking off and just shoots Petrice in the face with an arrow, which is the scene I always get because fuck that bitch. That's one of the things you need to do to get the Arishok to "like" you enough for the duel.

Eh I got there in the end anyway, I think I'm near the end now, just got the badass armour Hawke wears in all the promotional stuff.

Yeah, it's pretty sick, and there's a unique version for each class. I have a mod that gives me the armor right after you get to Kirkwall and it levels up along with you. Pretty great.

Give us the deets. -Warrior: Sword and Shield, I think it's called -Human, cause I'm boring like that -Playstyle - if you mean personality of my Inquistor, then a sarcastic prick, who isn't exactly heroic, more of a man who would rather run away from his situations, rather then face and deal with the situation. I dunno, I thought it'd be an interesting way to play (if that's even possible) other than the playstyle I do in Mass Effect, a good commander who has a dark side and over the course of the series becomes an anti-hero. -Juicy Romance: Not even that far ahead. I just got to the part where you officially join the Inquisition and the title "Dragon Age: Inquistion" pops up, but if I have to choose one girl from where I am right now, it'd be Cassandra. Booty be good.

Booty be good. Good... good... By playstyle I meant what type of weapons you would use, like Sword and Shield. That's what I used too. Make sure to invest in abilities that give you guard and draw enemies away from other party members (War Cry is a good one for building massive Guard in large groups of enemies, by the way).

Booty be good. Always love playing these sorts of games as the shittiest protagonist, like that. Never was a fan of the power fantasy. I prefer just being a shitfaced, smooth talker, who can't hold a weapon to save his life.
