Nah, go for it. It's better to have your Sentinel with you anyway. Okay then, I'll consider it.
Wait, what? Why do you say that? T'was a joke because I'm a Royland kind of guy. Royland 4 lyfe, dude. Down with Duncan.

Here's what it looks like for me. Since the choices barely have any influence on what's happening and the endings are 90% the same, I'll just copy/paste what Michael wrote and change a few details. Group 1: Asher has received a knife in the back, a greatsword through the gut, an arrow wound, and probably some other injuries I've forgotten. He's currently with Talia (who I'm fairly sure survives no matter what), and Gwyn. I killed the traitor (Royland). Duncan apparently sacrificed himself to get Asher out of Ironrath, but his death was never shown.
Group 2: Beshka managed to escape with Ryon. I'm pretty sure this is one of the many things that remains constant regardless of the choices you make.
Group 3: Garred is with the Forrester bastards and Sylvi, marching to Ironrath. He's on good terms with her, considering he din't rip out Cottor's heart for blood magic.
Group 4: Asher kicked Griff into a fire then killed him. Ludd managed to survive after Mom ruined my cancilation of mission "kill Ludd". Ludd survived and sacked Ironrath. Harrys was killed by Asher, who was assisted by Mom.
Group 5: Mira agreed to marry Morgryn. All my choices Episode 1: I left Bown behind I swore loyalty to Margaery I freed Erik I picked Duncan as Sentinel I met Ramsay in the Great Hall
Episode 2: I didn't forge Margaery's letter I refused to kiss Lord Whitehill's ring I won Rodrik's betrothal to Elaena Glenmore I stood up for Cotter I killed Mira's attacker
Episode 3: I saved Beskha I defied Margaery and spoke to Tyrion I walked away from Britt I submitted to Gryff Whitehill I kept the Ironwood Decree
Episode 4: I brought Finn along I showed mercy to Gryff I kept Sera's secret from Lord Tarwick I ordered the Glenmore soldiers to remain at Ironrath I killed the Slave Master
Episode 5: I did not try to stab Ramsay Snow I spared Bloosong I told Tyrion that Cersei sent me I chose to execute the traitor I had Rodrik stay behind
Episode 6: I lied to Margaery and Sera is dismissed I agreed to marry Morgryn I gave Cotter a merciful death I sided with Gwyn and called off the plan I abandoned the North grove to march to Ironrath

Is it wrong to consider changing my decision in Ep. 5 to killing the traitor just to keep my sentinel alive? Nah, and Ramsay Snow apparently respects you for it, not that his opinion matters.

Survivors of the Battle of Ironrath: Rodrik survived the battle and was found by Talia and the traitor, Royland. Rodrik's Sentinel, Duncan, was last seen disarmed by Whitehill soldiers, captured or dead. Elaena was last seen being dragged away by Whitehill soldiers. Obviously, Beskha and Ryon escaped, and Elissa was killed by Harys. Ironrath: Ironrath is currently under the rule of Lord Ludd Whitehill. The North Grove: Gared led the march South to Ironrath from the North Grove. Elsera is continuing to lose control of her warriors after Gared refused to butcher Cotter for blood magic. King's Landing: Mira was executed after she refused to marry Lord Morgryn. Sera is still Maergery's handmaiden, and will soon be married to Lord Tarwick.

Still considering going back to kill Royland so Duncan is with Rodrik and Talia at the end... but I just don't feel good about doing that.

Well, I certainly don't dislike Royland.

Well, I certainly don't dislike Royland. Me neither, hence why its a difficult choice for me to do.
