I couldv'e sworn I made a KH thread awhile ago. Anyway, at D23 2015, Disney confirmed that there will be a Big Hero 6 themed world in Kingdom Hearts III. It will take place after the events of the movie though, rather than during it. Below is a video explaining Big Hero 6's involvement in KH3, plus a list of all other worlds confirmed for KH3.

Worlds Confirmed:
Destiny Island Twilight Town Tangled World (NEW) Big Hero 6 World(NEW)

Well that's good to hear, Big Hero 6 totally fits, though I am still waiting for the enviable Frozen world! Come on! We know it's coming! We know it fits so perfectly! Don't tease it, it will be great!

Almost forgot there was an "official" thread for this. Been playing Kingdom Hearts 3 and it is awesome. I've missed playing this. The intro seems to help those who aren't all that caught up with the whole story get caught up on all the important stuff, and we have to choose who we are and what we desire. I picked Balance and The Guardian.
The combat is as good as I remembered it to be, and using the attractions and formchanges really help in a tightspot. Managed to push through Olympus and briefly play as Riku in the Dark World. Now I'm in Twilight Town. Saved Remy and went through the old mansion with Hayner, Pence and Olette. And I also got to cook some dishes with Remy. The main goal at the moment is to find Roxas. He's the key to saving Aqua.
Oh, and I didn't realize it at first, but the loading screens are literally social media posts. There's even iPhones- uh, I mean, Gummiphones Sora and friends can use to FaceTime across worlds. #OMG

Just completed the Toy Box world.
This was easily one of my favorite worlds. I really like the toy looks of Sora, Donald and Goofy and that Rex believes they're toys from a video game that was on the TV upon entering the world. Ironically enough, they are in a video game. (But, for real though, I actually thought for a second that I was suddenly watching a cutscene for a new Square Enix game or film.)
Woody seemed okay with them, though Buzz has been rather skeptical and stubborn nearly the whole time. Being able to battle in the MECH toys was very cool. IMO, the purple ones are the best ones to use. While searching for the missing toys, Buzz pretty much foreshadowed him being controlled by the Heartless. I thought this was gonna give Sora the edge he needed for him to regain his power of waking. But instead he gets hurled into a video game that was a MECH Battle Royale.
Finding the dark corridor in the Kid Korral was a pain in the ass for me to find since the destination wasn't marked on the map. Took me longer than it should've for me to find it. Did managed to find another lucky emblem with those disco balls, thanks to Donald pointing it out for me. I believe there is a reference to the giant cactus the blocks were built into that I completely missed out on and has something to do with Final Fantasy since the victory theme played after it was done.
When confronting Xehanort and saving Buzz, that speech Woody gave while stomping the darkness away with Sora was just so awesome. Like, the coolest thing Woody has ever done. That toy UFO boss pretty tough, but managed to finish it off with that blazing rocket move with Woody and Buzz.
And now, it's on to the next world.

Okay, making a lot of progress. Finished the Kingdom of Corona.
I really liked how we get to explore the forest with Rapunzal and see all kinds of cool things. Even had to carefully bring birds to her. Real clever of Flynn AKA Eugene to pass off the heroes as his sidekicks. I'm kinda disappointed we didn't get to ride Maximus. The festival dance was pretty cool. Once I got into the rhythm, it was pretty easy to do. But then it started to pick up the pace. The rest of the Tangled story played out normally, even though I would've liked Sora, Donald and Goofy to jump in at some parts. And Marluxia turned Mother Gothel's dust into a huge Heartless flower boss that just made us sneeze at times and was tricky with its vine walls. I do liked how Sora, Donald and Goofy were with seeing Eugene be brought back to life and got to see him and Rapunzal off in the end.
Now, for the combat, I usually like to use the Kingdom Key the most, mainly because its the original, but the formchanges with the other keyblades are definitely stronger. Especially the "Favorite Deputy" keyblade.
Going into Monstropolis, it was pretty funny how Sora, Donald and Goofy were all freaked with how they all look as monsters. And it seems like the day after Monsters Inc ending and it's the same objective; find Boo's door and get Boo back home. This time, we have to deal with the Unversed. I never had to deal with them, since I only played the second game. And of course, Randall is back and looking to settle a few scores.
One thing I really like is how we get to more allies in each world now instead of having to swap-out either Donald or Goofy to make room. I remember how I always swapped out Donald just because I liked Goofy more. Boy, was I unfair to Donald.
That battle with Randall's goop Unversed was tough. Good thing I had Simba's link to help me burn it down. Shame that we never got to fight Randall himself. And just when we were gonna get Boo home, Vanitus showed up trying to get his other half from Sora. But, Mike and Sully were able to stop him. I liked how Boo had her eyes and ears covered this time so that she wouldn't be scared by Sully's roar. And the way they locked him away by throwing him in one door and then throwing the door into the next and the next seems like it was brilliant... if it weren't for the fact that people in Organization IIV can transport to anywhere they want.
Next stop, Twilight Town to see Merlin, then the Kingdom of Arendelle to see Olaf, Anna and Elsa. Oh, and I think that young Xehanort has corrupted Aqua with darkness before taking Ansem the Wise with him. They just keep making things more difficult for us the more we progress.

Kingdom Hearts 3 on Proud is amazing, easily my favorite in the series. And I've only done the first two worlds.
The cutscenes are done extremely well, it's just as 0.2 where the the character models don't change expressions out of cutscenes, they're just melded right with the gameplay. The Toy Story world was my favorite, I upgraded Woody's Keyblade halfway in the shop.
One of my only gripes so far is the shotlock. I practically lived off of it in Birth By Sleep, and in KH3 it's not even worth the trouble seeing it's so weak and misses half of the time. I'm a bit underleved and starting out in the Monster's Inc. world, so this'll be fun.

I practically lived off of it in Birth By Sleep, and in KH3 it's not even worth the trouble seeing it's so weak and misses half of the time. I'm a bit underleveled and starting out in the Monster's Inc. world, so this'll be fun. I realized that I was also underleveled before heading into the Monster's Inc. world. So, I figured I could level up more by revisiting the Toy Story world and fighting enemies until I was leveled up enough. I went to see Merlin and he had the story book of Winnie the Pooh. Not really much to do there other than color matching mini-games. Kind of a let-down compared to all the other stuff Sora got to do there in the second game.
Went into the Frozen world. Started off with Elsa running away and began climbing up the mountain from there. And continuously got blown off the mountain so many times. There was definitely more singing in this world. Riding on Goofy's shield to escape the avalanche and then start sledding down was cool. (No pun intended) Fighting against Marshmallow was tough. I almost ended up dead, but I used the Simba link before I ran out of HP. Simba was a real lifesaver in this world, especially in the final boss, where Hans got changed into a Frozen Wolf. I had thought that Elsa would be an ally to fight with us, but it turned out to be Marshmallow, the giant scary snowman that nearly crushed me earlier. Didn't see that coming.
The next two worlds are Pirates of the Caribbean and Big Hero 6. Currently underleveled to take on the Pirates world right now. So, I'll have to head into one of the other worlds I visited already and start leveling up more until I'm ready.

I really like how realistic the graphics were in the Pirates of the Caribbean world. I think part of the reason Sora really likes pirates is because he grew up on an island, and it's a very adventurous life. Oh, how I have missed Captain Jack Sparrow. Luxord even came back to gamble in the Pirates world again. Managed to beat him in the race, but he still tricked Jack into telling about Davy Jones' chest. The good captain did get back at him by throwing him overboard with the use of his foul breath. That was funny. Sailing around on a ship and battling across the seas was fun. Fighting underwater was kinda tricky since its a little hard to get in close and lock-on my attacks. When I got the Ariel link, I thought that it would be the only one I could use underwater, but not quite. The boss battles in this world was crazy. From the clinging onto various Heartless to take down the fling fire-breathing Heartless, to blasting away the Kraken and the Fling Dutchman in the famous maelstrom. The way Sora lost it and just attacked Davy Jones like that after he stabbed Will - I don't think I've ever seen Sora throw a punch like that on anyone up until now. The ending of this pirate adventure was emotional. The only thing I didn't like about this was the white crab fetch quest. Kairi got a new look. Though, this is just me, but I liked it better when her hair was longer. Lea hasn't changed out of his dark coat yet. Meanwhile, Hayner, Pence and Olette have been busy. They just rescued Ansem from young Xehanort, with the "help" from the Nobodies that were sent by Even. Not sure I like where this is heading. Things aren't going so well with Riku and Mickey either, despite having new keyblades. Upon entering San Fransokyo, Sora just seemed to be way too excited to be there. And he had only showed up at the city's bridge. After battling Heartless there, Sora just couldn't resist geeking out and naming his own team "Keyblade Hero 3". Good lord, this boy. It was funny how Sora got to use VR for the first time and learned about the fist bump. It was cool to do the "shugyo" training and that Sora inspired new ideas for the team to fight the Heartless. The team really kicked butt. Though, I was starting to think Hiro was getting jealous from having to just being in the garage while everyone does the grunt work, even their three new friends. (There was an episode about Hiro going through something like that in the TV series.) But then, enter the Darkubes. Definitely not the same microbots Hiro made. Had to bail everyone out while rushing past the enemies. Three of them are easy enough to save, but saving Go Go required finding the big red ball from the Shugyo training, and I almost couldn't find it in time. And a fake Riku shows up with a chip from the first Baymax and corrupts them both. Fighting the Baymax with the real deal was awesome. And it ends with Hiro getting the first model back up and running again, with Sora wanting to take it with him. Ladies and gentlemen, I give you the hero of everyones' hearts. Maleficent and Pete haven't been playing the much of a major role so far. They're just wondering around searching for a box too. Really would like to do battle with them soon. Pete especially to get back at him for what he said back in the Olympus world. Had to fight Aqua as Riku and Sora. She was one hell of an opponent, but she was brought back into the realm of light. The happiness and tears in her eyes after being in the darkness for so long was an emotionally happy moment. And it turns out, Even's intentions were good since Ansem was brought to Ienzo. Now, I am joining Aqua to travel into Castle Oblivion to find and awake Ventus. If Sora is gonna use that power of waking, now would be a very good time.

I did not think I would also get to play as Aqua to fight against Vanitas. And Sora finally managed to used the power of waking to awaken Ventus. That's some good timing. And now, all seven guardians are united. We still need to get Roxas, Namine and Terra back. Feels like I'm soon approaching the endgame.
It was weird how Riku was talking to his younger dark replica self. And that no one could see or hear him expect Riku. As always, moments between Sora and Kairi are very sweet. When are those two gonna kiss already?
There's just one more world, but it doesn't tell what level is recommended. I don't think I'm ready to face it yet. I'll do more leveling up in other worlds until I feel like I'm set for the final battle.

I have officially reached the end of Kingdom Hearts 3. The whole finale was insane. Fought off an entire army of Heartless and Nobodies, came back from the dead in the tutorial world, "The Final World", after chashing down copys of Sora, had to go through all the worlds again to save everyone, went through some deja vu and Terra's armor form dished out some crazy new moves with his keyblade, and then I got to ride a wave of keyblades after a mysterious boy just showed up outta nowhere and helped Sora manage to do that. Not sure why he was there to begin with, but riding the keyblades to defeat that giant ball of Heartless was epic. Even Master Yen Sid steps in to give us a hand. Oh, and I like how Lea's keyblade looks.
Then I had to go through a labyrinth to take on all of Organization IIV and had to choose between two sides each time before rushing to them before the door closes. Turns out, choosing who you help and which member you defeat first has no consequence. The way things were going, it seemed like we were winning. Old friends were reuniting, the organization was dropping like flies, but then, Kairi got taken, and after defeating the three Xemnas/Xehanorts, she was slained to complete the X-blade. I couldn't believe that actually happened.
Then the final battle ended up taking place in the world where those two boys were playing chess. I even made sure to eat some meals I made with Remy before rushing in to end it all. Xehanort was really tough, with and without the armor. When I was about to strike the final blow, he ended up one-hit killing me... or so he thought. With just one HP point left and with the help of Donald and Goofy, Xehanort was finally defeated.
The way things ended, I did not expect those two chess-playing boys to actually be Xehanort and Eraqus. And after closing Kingdom Hearts again, Sora heads out to find Kairi and bring her back. After that, things were ending happily for everyone. Even Namine, who had woken up in her new body. That gave me hope that Kairi must still be alive. But then, when everyone was at Destiny Islands, it showed both Sora and Kairi together... until Sora just vanished? And then there's Luxu and four new people arriving in the aftermath, along with the black box. And that's it? Is this supposed to be a cliffhanger for the next Kingdom Hearts, or a DLC at least?
Okay, now I'm happy that everything ended happily for everyone else across the worlds, but I'm not okay with how things ended for Sora and Kairi. A big part of me was hoping that they would finally kiss by the time this was over. Why couldn't things end like they did in the second game? At least then, they all actually were together in the end on Destiny Islands. I had thought that Kingdom Hearts 3 was supposed to be the game that has everything come full circle and be the end of it all. What more can Square Einx want to do with Kingdom Hearts?

Kingdom Hearts 3 is supposed to be the end of the overarching Xehanort arc, not the series. It's confirmed that Sora will continue being the protagonist for the next game. The Foretellers(who appeared in Kingdom Hearts X Back Cover) and Xigbar/Luxu will likely be the next antagonists for the next Kingdom Hearts(wether it will be a Birth By Sleep/Dream Drop Distance type of game or the fourth one) and the Master of Masters will possibly replace Xehanort as the new big bad since we still have no idea what his deal is in all of this is. There is also a secret ending that you can unlock if you have the patch by getting 90 lucky emblems on easy mode, 60 on normal and 30 on hard mode. Or you can watch it on youtube.

Finally was able to finish Kingdom Hearts 3. Grad school isn't giving me much free time, though. At this point, I like it as much as Kingdom Hearts 2, if not more. Overall, I notice that there really isn't a whole overarching plot until the last few hours of the game. The gameplay was the best it's been during the whole series so far, though.
Frozen and Big Hero 6 worlds were terrible, with the Frozen one being blatant marketing for the movie. While other Disney worlds make room for Sora and kind of shape their story for him, I felt like Sora and co. did really nothing in the entire world, while the plot of Frozen happened in the background. Big Hero 6's world had no exploring whatsoever. The Toy Story and Tangled worlds were my favorite, with Pirates of the Caribbean being a runner up. Can't wait to explore that world post-game.
Seeing Terra break free and finally rescue his body from Terranort was the second most badass scene in this series. The first one with Terra literally being too angry to die in BBS. He's definitely my favorite character out of the whole series. The whole climax was blatant fanservice for fans of the series, with Xion being reborn as a actual person and Roxas being able to see Axel again. Was sad seeing Replica Riku fading away, he was my favorite in Chain of Memories.
Xehanort took me a dozen times to beat him after spamming all my potions during the armored fight with him. Glad everything came full-circle with him and Eraqus getting to talk to each other again. I also teared up at Eraqus saying goodbye to the BBS crew, I really have a soft spot for this trio. A shame that Namine gets her own body at the very end of the game, but at least she'll have some bigger role to play in KH4. I don't know how I feel about Sora arriving in Shibuya from TWEWY at the end, never played it and I don't have any interest in doing so.
I'm glad I took a chance at this series. I figured I wouldn't like because of all the Disney inclusion, but it really wasn't on the frontburner as opposed to the OC characters and their relationships from Square Enix.

This is a lyrical adaptation to Roxas' theme.
After watching this Youtuber's musical adaption of Undertale, I've been listening to his other song covers and they sound so damn good.
