Step 1: Play Femshep. Step 2: Romance Archangel in Mass Effect 2. Gotcha. ...Is Kaidan not a good character tho? I kinda lie him lol. Unless he can't be romanced or something. I always thought Kaiden was just dull as hell.

My god, Chain of Memories might just be one of the worst games I've played in the past few years. The card system mechanics were completely pointless, it's like the devs decided to make the game unique for any reason at all instead of going with the simple combat system in KH1. If that wasn't enough, the rehashed storyline visiting the same Disney worlds was frustrating and the only saving grace was the new cutscenes in between each world. I was miserable right up to the Ventus boss fight which actually took me an hour. After reshuffling my deck dozens of times and beating him, I decided fuck it and watched the cutscenes on Youtube. I'm a lot more happier now. Started KH2 earlier, I'm really excited to see where this goes. Finished Kingdom Hearts. Enjoyed it more than I thought I would, it has a charming story once you get past the Disney tropes. The first half of the game is such an unbelievable slog, though. I was considering dropping the game during the Tarzan world and its backtracking. The OST is great and the gameplay actually requires some strategy to it instead of just mashing X. I'm going to try to attempt to be caught up before KHIII, but we'll see. Next up is Chain of Memories. Chain of Memories has a more interesting story than the first, but the gameplay is actually pretty bad in my opinion. It was originally a GBA game and the HD version tries to translate the GBA gameplay into a 3D environment and mixes the GBA version's card-based combat with real-time combat, which doesn't really work very well in my opinion. Personally, after finishing the first few worlds of CoM I just watched the rest of the cutscenes from it online. Also, I'd recommend playing KH2 before watching Days. I know Days is placed before 2 in the HD collection, but 2 came out first and Days spoils some pretty big plot points from 2 despite taking place before it. Noted, thanks.

Started Mass Effect and I enjoy it so far. The combat is a bit clunky but a whole lot more engaging than DA Origins, and I like the characters so far. It's... kind of a lot of world-building, but not enough to sink me yet. My big question is who should I romance lol The first game is clunky as hell. It got better as the series went on gameplay wise.

FemShep is better because Jen Hale is so much better at voice acting then Mark Meer.

So I decided to rewatch the last NMRIH video I ever put together... and I realized that I was responsible for the both of the "Betrayals" as alluded to in the title. I killed Tormunds, and Rock was convinced that Potato killed him. Later on, right before we got on the boat -- Rock was filled with hatred for Potato over something that he didn't do and he emptied shells into Potato's stomach as he yelled, "Vengeance for Tormunds!" Then Potato turned and bit Harp right as he jumped onto the boat. Then Crackman killed Harp after he was revealed to be infected. Domino effect. As Handsome Jack would say, "Everyone thinks they're the hero of their own story" You turned me into a KILLER. THIS IS ON YOUR HEAD TC. EDIT: Nevermind, I rewatched the video and heard myself threatening to kill Potato and violate his corpse within the first 90 seconds. Sorry.I got a good laptop and not a terrible mic set up so I'm game to play whenever.

So should I romance Liara in ME1 or wait and romance Garrus in 2? Both. Does that... cause problems, or? If I did romance Liarra I wouldn't want to hurt her if I romanced Garrus in ME2

Aside from that the game is actually super unenjoyable to play. More so than DA Origins, which is quite a feat. Maybe I'm just bad at it but... i'm just... not having fun anytime i'm doing anything other than watching the story. Not sure if I'm gonna stick with it or go back to Dragon Age. If I do stick with it, there's no frickin way I'm doing more than the bare minimum of sidequests.

Garrus though is just.... honestly just a very sexy alien? Like, weird to say but. I think it's mostly the voice.

Important to note that Garrus gets WAY better in the following games. He still has a sexy alien voice but he's also much more interesting.

Alright, well, I think I'll just push through this game and romance Garrus in ME2 as well as just try and have a better time with ME2 in general
