Yeah what a depressing book, but hey that's what you expect from the man who brought you No Country for Old Men, I mean good god man, what a downer. I haven't read that one, heard of the movie though. Believe me, if you have seen the movie, which you should have, then you have read the book, there are very few changes, none really worth mentioning, so you already get why it's a bit of a downer book.

Well, I don't get why. I mean, well, I highlighted what I said.

Nothing comes to close to the Harry Potter series for me.
Hyperbole and a Half: Unfortunate Situations, Flawed Coping Mechanisms, Mayhem, and Other Things That Happened also deserves a mention. Allie Brosh is a genius.

Oh! Another really good one is Les Miserables. It's lengthy, and some parts are irrelevant, but it's an amazing story overall.

Oh yeah I forgot that one, oh Victor Hugo, how you make such good books that are really long and depressing, see also Hunchback of Notre Dame, there is a reason Les Miserables is Elizabeth's favorite book, I love it, though I do feel you can skip the 2012 film.

So many books to read... I'll probably forget about most of them in the near future.

Shame isn't it? The mind can only remember so much at a given time.

I was suppose to read Perks of being a Wallflower, but the school wouldn't let the class read it because drugs apparently, so they gave us Lord of the Fly's, I can't write jokes this good.

It's a good book, I'm surprised they'd stop you from reading it because of drugs, though this is one of the most challenged books, mostly due to sexual content and drugs. Lord of the Flies is also good, but I like it more for its symbolism than its writing style.

That's actually really dumb.

Very much so, I also read All Quiet on the Western Front and To Kill a Mocking Bird, one of those is a anti war story about World War I, and ends with pretty much everyone dead, and the other is all about race in the 1930s and how utter bullshit it was, I think those two were worse then Perks of being a Wallflower when it comes to themes, and no one batted an eye, but that book... no, got keep that shit out of the students hands because think of the children!

All Quiet on the Western Front was amazing. I think I'll probably boot Gatsby from my list in place of it... And then they'll both soon be booted for Wizard and Glass, of that, I have no doubts.

Oh yes quite a good book, but by the end, your going to have that feeling just like the Road, nothing but utter depression and questioning what was the point of World War I? Again, apparently nicer then drugs and sex, I also read Farewell to Arms, which also legendarily ends depressingly, because Hemingway gotta kill everyone! He was the original George RR Martin/Robert Kirkmen, everything just dies!
