It would seem odd then, that the last silhouette still looks like, to me, Rodrik. Ethan was no longer on the main menu screen after the episode, and the one silhouette was shown to be Asher, so it clearly changed after the episode ended. If Talia is to replace Ethan as a playable character, then why wouldn't they show her, or at least another silhouette? I think it's quite possible that Talia will be the POV character for Ironrath, but I'm still betting on Rodrik being alive. I didn't know about the silhouette thing, but that silhouette doesn't look like Rodrik to me. I think the Ironrath POV has to be Asher then, since the messenger could be sent to him. Perhaps it passes time with Gared, and we spend a month of time with him, then it switches back over to Ironrath as Asher either comes led by Malcolm, or on his own after hearing news of Gregor and Rodrik.
But if Asher would go back to Ironath in the next episode, there wouldn't be a pov in Essos. I don't think that's gonna happen. I'm sure he'll be back, but not as early. I just can't wait for him to kick some asses. Preferably kill Lord Whitehill.

Think you can move all the spoiler tagged stuff over there so no one accidentally (although unlikely) gets spoiled?

I really enjoyed it despite never watching the show and having limited knowledge of GoT, although I was slightly confused at some of the parts because of that.I might try and buy season 1 of the show and DVD or something then replay it.

From the Steam page:
"Game of Thrones: Season One is a six part episodic game series set in the world of HBO's groundbreaking TV show."
So, there'll be more seasons then?

I really wish that TTG would develop at least 2 episodes before releasing the first one. Sure the release of the first Episode would be delayed but the individual releases would be much quicker.

Man, I know this is Game of Thrones and you should go in expecting anything...
But I did not expect to lose three Forrester's in episode freakin' one. Same... I thought it would be maybe one, but no, three big ones, and my favorite character from just the pictures, I have to be honest, I didn't cry, but I felt close when he died.

So...... The guy in the armor looked like Rodrik, to me at least. I'm calling it now that Rodrik was maybe just taken captive, Gared didn't really, you know, stick around, and the thing that "killed" him was a horse falling on him. Which, could definitely have killed him, but the silhouette REALLY looks like him to me.
My guess is that he was captured, and at the beginning of the next episode, he escapes, makes his way back to Ironrath, and that's where we'll get an Ironrath POV from. Because really, I can't see who else it could be. Obviously not Talia or Elissa, unless they are going to introduce new playable characters, and by 5 playable characters, they meant five to start with.... which doesn't make sense, we were given 3 to start with.
So... yeah, definitely saying that Rodrik is still alive. I hope to god you are right, please GOT, have mercy on a loyal bannerman.

I actually didn't know about the silhouette screen, but now that I do, I still doubt that it's Rodrik. It simply looks too narrow to be Rodrik. I feel that we haven't yet met that final silhouette. He has the exact same hairstyle. If I knew how to use gimp or something, I'd create a comparasion or something, but I'm 99.9% sure that it's him. Well, 95%. I am willing to agree, I can't think of anyone else to play as beside Talia, and that doesn't seem likely, and besides, I AM STILL KEEPING UP MY HOPE that someone else survived.
