Dunno if he was in denial or something, but he was kinda kneeling over his zombified sister's body for a few minutes after the gunfight. Plus he literally saw Rebecca turn right then and there. I understand why he did what he did, but it's gonna take a lot more than that for me to forgive him, considering I sided with Arvo on basically everything. Actually, he couldn't have had more than a minute to tell, and at that point, he wasn't exactly thinking clearly (O sure as fuck wouldn't be). It really boils down to this: if he thought Clementine killed his sister, while she was still alive, he had more than enough reason to shoot Clem. If he was certain his sister had turned, then really fuck him. Him believing that Clem executed his sister is the only explanation for his constant glaring at Clem. It goes beyond that. I still believe he was acting as the middle man for some addicts, dropping off opiates and the like off at a designated transfer area. Even if you don't steal the supplies, he comes back with his crew and demands you hand over your stuff. Oh boo fucking hoo, you lost one shitty pistol, and you're willing to trade the livelihood of a whole group just because of that. He brought that upon himself.

As Jane said "That only makes it harder to deal with." Besides, he does try to get his group to back off once he realizes they have a baby with them.

I'll use the argument people use with Jane and say he knew exactly what he was getting the groups into, and knew exactly how Buricko and Vitali would've reacted. He's pleading with them to stop because he knows that people are going to die, and he at least has the morality not to put a baby under fire. He was willing to endanger the little girl that he earlier said he didn't want to shoot for whatever petty feelings he was harboring.

That doesn't make him shooting Clem any less wrong. If Clem sided with Kenny about beating Arvo then sure, I suppose I might be able to see where he was coming from. But in my game I stood up for Arvo every time I got the chance. I didn't steal the meds from him in Episode 4. I even got hit by Kenny when I tried to stop him from hurting Arvo any more. And then, just when Clem has disarmed herself, he shoots her. Fuck. That. I don't care if he thinks I killed his sister. It sucks, I'll concede to that, but after everything I did for him he had no right to shoot Clem like he did. Shoot Kenny, sure, I'd totally understand that. But not Clem. Not when she always took your side and stood up for you. That's just low. But that wouldn't make any sense to him. Why would she be so concerned about Arvo's wellbeing if she caped his sister in the head while she was crawling over to her for help (which is what he thinks is what happens.) Shit, I don't even like my brother that much, and I'd kill the person who I thought had killed him in post apocalypse world. If it were a kid.... It would really depend. It ain't right. But I don't blame him IF he thought his sister was alive. It doesn't matter if it makes sense or not, because Clem was still standing up for him when she had no reason to do so. He recognized that, but shot her anyway. After everything she did for him he tried to kill her. He's gonna have to do a whole hell of a lot if he wants any forgiveness from me.
